I liked the privacy of the room, staff was friendly and helpful
We weren't told the room we booked was already booked and they gave us another room but it didn't have wifi, heater, bar fridge and the shower was all clogged up so we couldn't shower in the morning

The staff was super friendly and were really helpful. Wifi worked perfectly and the room had a heater, which was great because it's chilly in winter.
The staff couldn't control some of their guests. There were really drunk guests there who kept shouting, fighting and banging on our door even in the early hours of the morning. This led to us not enjoying our first night there and I hope management and staff find ways to deal with unruly guests who make other guests uncomfortable.

the room was too small for 3 people. Yes the beds were enough but too close to each other, also everything was squashed together. On the booking there said there is a kettle but i did not find one. The staff is not friendly, when layout talk to them it like you are disturbing them or something but not all of them. Also i ordered breakfast but we did not receive it. We went out for the whole day when we came back the room was still not done.

We booked the place for a weekend a 2 night stay with my partner, we booked online via bookings.com and finalized the payment and Everything online, only for the staff to tell us that they forgot to remove the add on the site they have no rooms available for the weekend, and payment had been already made. Mind you we were coming from so far and not familiar with Joburg and it's in the evening, Leon (that 084 number)promised to call us back then switched off his phone all night, we called until we decided to boom alternative accomodation....
Now we are still running after them trying to get a refund because we paid for accomodation they had advertised knowing very well they were not ready for guests..... Which they had promised us a refund because they advertised they had accomodation available online!!!!😡😡😡😡

When we got to the venue we didn't get the rooms we booked for and apparently there are no rooms like that in the facilities and the prices on booking.com were said to be incorrect by the owner .

So stick to your words and be honest and check when clients do bookings if rooms are available to not repeat what you did to me
