amazing room, amazing facilities. the breakfast was great, the pool was spectacular.

it was a bit odd to go to the 25th level for the hotel but in time everything made sense.

Excellent location above BUGIS MRT station and walkable to many places. Lovely rooftop bar Mr Stork; great pool- could always get a sun lounger. Breakfast food was excellent but try to avoid busiest times. All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Breakfast area got very busy

I really liked everything about this property. Location is great if you prefer area away from Marina. The hotel is very close to little India, Chinatown, Turkish town, Bugis, Chijmes, lots of shopping etc. Beautiful building, rooms are good size. We had a deluxe room with king bed and extra bed for our 16 year old son. It didn’t feel crowded. Deluxe corner room has fantastic views. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, polite, kind and helpful. We went to Mr Stork twice, it’s great bar with amazing views. If you ask for best table for the view they will highly likely get you one. Make sure you reserve it before. We never tried breakfast since we wanted to explore food options in the villages. Sunroom is a very relaxing place near lobby with complimentary drinks ( infused water, coffee) and snacks. We had a lovely stay here. I would definitely come back.

Nothing to dislike really. I’m just a little picky with few things. Not many hangers to dry towels ( the towels can be replaced every day if you want to ). Closet area is roomy and opened, lots of hangers but no shelves. But it’s perfectly fine since there is a lot of room to store suitcases.

The location was fantastic! The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The gym was well equipped.

The Breakfast is outstanding in variety and quality. The Cocktails in both bars are also extremely wonderful, so if you wanna have a nice evening with a few drinks its a great spot. The Coffee is also high quality, and we enjoyed having access to it all day. Rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, and they even offer different pillows to select from to get the perfect sleep. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and stylish, and all in all, it was a great experience. The views are amazing. We had a room facing the Singapore Flyer and the open Sea. The location next to the Arabic street is a great spot. In the evening, the bars, cafes, and restaurants in these streets are highly recommended spots to have a few drinks and get some live music.

Our room was unavailable at Check-In, and even if we arrived at 4 pm, we had to wait another hour. We got that out as an extension and could check out an hour later, but it still was a bit of a bummer. Waiting is, of course, made very comfortable by them, and everyone is super friendly and helpful

Everything. We loved the location especially. Haji Lane and Arab Street are within a few minutes walk of the hotel where you can shop, eat, and take some amazing pictures. The train system and Bugis Junction are at the basement level of the building. There’s also a shopping center that is at the ground level. We loved how you can just step out of the hotel and get immediately immersed in Singapore’s culture.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Our stay was too short!

Great position closed to MRT Bugis station, Arab street, little India, colonial district within walking distance, nice room (we had a corner room), amazing view, great pool, great breakfast, great concierge service, guest complementary area with snacks and refreshments, roof top bar

Check in counter a bit weird and cleaning service sometimes in the middle of the day even if we left the room early morning
