Realmente esta en el barrio de Vegueta, un poco más arriba del Teatro Perez Galdos. Es un apartamento muy comodo, limpio, sin "okupas". Es muy cómoda la estancia en ese establecimiento. Dispone de lo necesario para una estancia tanto corta como prolongada. Está rodeado de establecimientos para comprar (Mercado de Vegueta, Mercadona, Spar....) La oferta de restauración es inmejorable em toda la zona. Está en un eje comercial y cercano a intercambiadores con autobuses de Gusguas.com y Global. En el apartamento te ofrecen jabón, pastillas de lavavajillas, cápsulas de cafe, agua para el día de entrada, ante cualquier consulta, la respuesta es inmediata por parte d la empresa. La cama es muy cómoda y tienen cazuelas y utensilios de acero inoxidable, sartenes.. dispone de cocina- comedor salon. Con mesa y cuatro sillas, sofá csma, televisión, ducha antideslizante. Instalaciones modernizadas. Dispone de lavadora y secadora. También hay terraza para tomar el sol o ponerse al fresco por la noche. Es silencioso pese a estar en la planta baja. Es un edificio de interés.peculiar. Zona muy tranquila No he tenido ningún incidente en los días q he pernoctado.

Los muros tienen un grosir de 60 cm y por eso, en la parte interior (baño) hay poca cobertura telefónica con mi compañía.

La limpieza y la localizacion

This apartment really is a hidden gem. It is very clean and spacious, lovely roof terrace. A short walk away from the supermarkets, shops, cafes and playground. There is a little road noise as it is situated on a corner but that didn't affect our stay or ability to sleep. We stayed to be close to the children's hospital and it was a great location 5 mins away in a taxi, which we could pick up outside the door. Hosts provided great communication about self check in/out.

Great apartment and the location is just amazing! A few minutes away from big bus stations, a few minutes to the old town and to the newer parts of the city. The apartment is spacious, clean, and you feel comfortable right from the beginning. We loved the terrace, amazing. Highly recommend if you want to fully experience Las Palmas!

The only tiny aspect which could be improved (it’s not a negative aspect rather a recommendation) to have the basic spices (salt,oil) in the apartment as people usually don’t buy these things for a few days.

Well-designed, great location, enough space for three of us, all necessary facilities, prompt answers of the hotel staff.

Miscommunication problems, at first we were given the wrong code for the key box. The cleaning person didn't leave a blanket or duvet for the second bed, and there weren't any toilet paper (we bought our own). The floor seemed not too clean. But as we addressed the issues to the hotel, they were resolved promptly, which is good.

The location is great and close to the cathedral area. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Any problems that we had were dealt with promptly. Loved the roof terrace.

The whole apartment was superb . Beautifully appointed with a lovely mix of modern and and old . I was very impressed with the facilities and tv with Netflix etc . The kitchen had all the things I needed and more .

I had not stayed in an apartment before where I had to collect keys etc but it was easy enough. But there was an issue with me being accused of stealing the towels because I thought the info said put the dirty towels by the cupboard under the stairs , which I did . I followed the instructions. There’s no way i would take the towels because my suitcase was full ! I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments and never take anything I teach hospitality in a university in Birmingham. I’ve never taken anything. They accuse me without asking me if I took them or not . They are charging me 30 Euros. I checked out earlier and informed the cleaning people they could come at 11.00 so who ever took them must have been someone else in the building.

A lovely apartment in a great location just close to all the sites of the historic old town and lots of good bars and restaurants. Also had a great terrace for sunbathing between the sightseeing. Although the building was not manned, the hosts were quick and responsive to messages. Highly recommended and would stay again.

It was absolutely 💯 % what we liked. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. But most of all it was in a amazing area.

It would of been nice to see a member of staff even if it was only once while we stayed there...

the lights on timers in the hall could stay on for a little longer - for when arriving at night and lugging suitcases upstairs - but keep your mobile/torch handy and no big deal.

Perfectly situated to explore the old town and bustling la palmas but quiet and restful inside. This our second stay and definately not our last.
