Very modern hotel in good location at a good price. Comfortable room (but woken at 5am Sunday morning by man shouting in reception for an hour and nobody shut him up). Best shower ever! Very good breakfast with amazing views from top floor.

La ubicación es excepcional, las instalaciones son muy lindas, el aire acondicionado es silencioso, el agua caliente de la ducha funcionó perfecto, la vista del comedor de la terraza, el desayuno es sabroso.

Dado que las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tienen escritor, el hotel no cuenta con un espacio donde poder trabajar diferente al comedor de la terraza.

The bed, the rooms AC never worked as it supposed too, for the whole group. Breakfast was the same everyday, just eggs.

Comfortable, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location is the heart of Laureles, and quiet. Would stay again.

As it is close to the main street for night life it can be a bit noisy.

The hotel is in a nice area, a few blocks away from many night clubs, so noise is not an issue. There are several restaurants close to the hotel and the property itself feels modern and comfortable. It is in a safe area.

Check in starts at 3PM, so if you arrive early, you need to leave your bags until that time, they won't let you check in before that even if they had a room available. Other than that it is an average hotel.

Did not find something I didn’t like.

As usual attention was great, people are very nice. We love to stay there because you can go around to good restaurants and places to have fun. This is the second time we come here.

the location was really good, near nice restaurants and cafeterias. the room was really clean and the view from the Terrasse is incredible.

the stuff was not speaking English, they were really helpful, but some questions (where i can change money, buy phonecard) could be not really answered. the room was a bit loud so take earplugs. the breakfast is very basic

The hotel is clean and modern. My room was comfortable but too small for 2 . My bed was comfortable, as well. The staff was adequate, not overly friendly. The location is good for being fairly close to tour meeting points, usually about 15 min by uber. Its a safe area with a lot of restaurants a few blocks away. Overall it's quiet at night, minimal street noise. The breakfast is quite nice, eggs, fruit, bread, juice and it's brought to you. There isn't a menu and I didnt know I had choices! YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS. The woman who serves you isn't very pleasant and may be very slow and inefficient but you can get a good meal. It's great to have excellent AC. The elevator is fast. There's water in the lobby and they sell drinks.

No hot water on demand. You have to ask for it. I tried twice with no hot water. I reported it, they must have turned it on and I got it for awhile. It's odd. They have to clear the code for the safe before you can use it. They didn’t tell me before hand but they were helpful The room is almost too small for 2 people with luggage. I had 1 full sized suitcase and I took up all the space.

Very functional and comfortable room in Laureles. Nice views from the rooftop at breakfast time. Late checkout (1pm). Good and comfy bed.

box room. only window led into corridor so got was woken up every time someone past and triggered the lights - all night long!. The noisy lift next door and call sounded just added to a miserable stay.
