The staff was super, the view amazing, the rooms spacious and modern. This is a top hotel.

Modern and clean room with everything in working order. Bed was comfortable with nice quality sheets. Shower was strong as was the WiFi.

The quality of breakfast and the staff is exactly what i wanted. I travel to Medellin 4-6 times a year and i can trust your hotel to comfort me the way I feel at himr. Thank You.

Cleanliness and location

On final night, when i tried to order from room service, i apologised for my imoerfect Spanish but the kitchen staff just hung up the phone on me. I called reception to have them olace the food order. But after an hour it still hadnt arrived. I called reception for an answer. They said the kitchen had run out of the item i wanted (but why wasn't I informed of that straight away?) They changed the irder to another item. They still wanted tipd for the service. This was a BIG MINUS from what was otherwise a good stay. Plus, they failed to make my wake up call on the final morning. Lucky I woke up or I would have missed my flight. They just laughed and shrugged it off.

The property is very mediocre and felt old, though it was clean. The bed (2 full beds disguised as a queen) was not comfortable. The staff was mostly accommodating but not very pleasant. The location was great but we would not want to stay there more than 2 nights.

This place is awesome. I forgot a valuable item in my room and they were able to find it and return it to me which I'm extremely grateful for.

the property is very good in many ways but needs better staff training. some breakfast staff were attentive, served and cleared; others not so much. breakfast food was good and the three different omelet station people very good. dinner food was dreadful. I tried it three times and thereafter went out. No wonder it is rated poorly and often empty while others in the block have lineups. the cleaning staff need a checklist. a small gym is needed.

The bed was comfortable with good pillows and clean bedsheets; also the view was good. The location is amazing closer to restaurants and shops. The breakfast wasn't as good as I remember the last time that I was there a few years ago.

In the two rooms that I was in, the drawers of the dressers were broken, the tv, the internet, and the phone were impossible to work correctly. Also, the hallways and the room needed some maintenance.
