The staff are very helpful and friendly. They offered to store my case when i checked out as i wasnt going straight home. I left it with them all day which was really helpful. Its a budget hotel so a little dated. You dont expect to pay those prices and get the Hilton though. Would book again

Tiny thing but there was too much bedding on the bed There was a bottom sheet, top sheet, blanket, duve heavy eiderdown. I chucked it all off and just kept the sheets and blanket. I would think a bottom sheet and duvet would be ample, with maybe a spare blanket in a drawer.

Perfect location, cute boutique hotel, clean, friendly staff.

Just be aware, it's a basic hotel for city breaks, not a bad thing at all though as it's great value for money.

I love staying at this little gem. Great value for money, near the city centre, friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. They even provide fresh milk for your tea/coffee. I always stay here when I'm in Liverpool.

Perfect location in Liverpool, within walking distance of main sight seeing locations/ bars/ restaurants etc.

The room did not feel good value for money. We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast. The room was small and with outdated furniture and facilities, and breakfast was not provided despite paying for this. Received a call in the morning to be reminded check out was at 10:30 which is quite early and felt like we were being pushed out.

Simple room that met my needs for a weekend away for a friend's 40th birthday. All I required was a bed and bathroom/shower as I spent the entire day out so was fine for what I required, very central too, just nine minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and thirteen from Liverpool one coach station. Bed was very comfy and had tea/coffee facilities for mornings so that was fine for me. Staff gave milk whenever requested for said hot drinks. Not sure if breakfast was available as a side purchase but didn't really matter for me as stated before I was out almost all day. Free WiFi was also very welcome.

Can't really fault for what I needed: a place to stay for the night. If I had to suggest something, perhaps better sound proofing for the rooms as it was easy to hear what movement happened in the hotel.

When we got there we wasn’t spoken to in a professional manner as it was quickly come in leave bags and get out as we was early, breakfast wasn’t included in price
