Gute Ausstattung für China, größe Zimmer. Frühstück top. Shuttleservice klappt zum und vom Flughafen einmal stündlich den ganzen Tag klappt prima und ist pünktlich!

Leider doch etwas weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten Shanghais. Zur Metro Taxi notwendig, fußläufig ist die nicht zu erreichen, anschließend weitere Fahrt von 40minuten bis ins Zentrum. Klo verstopft bzw. funktion eingeschränkt im Zimmer. Kommunikation mit Personal etwas holprig durch deren fehlender englisch Kenntnisse. Hatten selbst Schwierigkeiten uns ein taxi zu bestellen. Das wifi ist richtig schlecht!

In case of earlyflight this hotel is super nice. Taxi drive takes you to Pudong airport just in 15-20 minutes. Bus shuttle is also available, takes approx. 30 minutes. Spacious shower, good bed. Breakfast is available from 5:30, very handy.

Excelente hotel para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto. São super cordiais no atendimento, e o quarto é ótimo. O transporte gratuito de ida e volta do aeroporto ajuda muito, e até me prepararam alguns snacks como precisei sair antes do horário do café.

Az nem tetszett, hogy amikor megérkeztünk és mentünk az 1-es terminál 6-os kapujához, sehol nem volt a transzferbusz. Az információt kellett megkérnünk, hogy hívják fel a szállodát, hogy megtudjuk, hogy honnan indul a busz, ők mondták meg, hogy a 8-as kaputól, nem a 6-ostól. Ezt feltétlenül javítsák ki a foglalási rendszerben, mert ez egy 12 órás repülés után nagyon kellemetlen volt. Szóltunk erről a szállodában is a portán, ők sem tudták,hogy nincs kijavítva, azt mondták intézkednek.

상하이 시내로 구경가기위해 프론트11번 리셉션에 도움을 받아서 저렴하게 택시를 타고 다녀왔습니다. 위쳇을 통해 호텔로 돌아오는 택시도 잡아 주었습니다.왕복 택시비는 호텔로 돌아와서 한꺼번에 11번 프론트님게 정산할 수 있어서 편리하였습니다. 알리페이에 디디가 있지만 대화가 안돼서 잡기가 힘들고 현지인 보다 50프로이상 비싸게 가격이 뜹니다. 셔틀버스는 이 호텔과 다른 호텔 손님도 함게 탑승하나 이호텔로 먼저오기 때문에 유리합니다.

점심과 저녁이 제공되지 않기 때문에 주위 음식점 정보가 없다면 곤란할 수 있습니다. 근처 조그만한 한식당이 있고. 바로옆 코너에 양꼬지(쇠꼬챙이)가 저렴하고 냄새 안남.KFC가 있고 패밀리 편의점에 소주와 한국 컵라면 김치.과자등 있음.

The staff during my check-out, she is very incompetent to handle my request. Just a simple invoice but she is very reluctant to change a thing for the invoice. Instead she is pushing me to take the bus without my invoice. This is my second time to stay in this hotel, the first was perfect but this time is all problematic during check-out better put some person that is willing to work and not lazy useless one.

Трансфер в отель. Непонятный график трансфера, ночью в аэропорту закрываются некоторые входы/выходы и поэтому найти выход к которому подъезжает трансфер очень сложно. Ночью пришлось уехать на такси , так как не смогли найти выход.

Room was very clean and quiet, breakfast was lovely and shuttle service to the airport worked very well.

The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable in general.

Location is far from the airport, not as close as it is described. The free shuttle bus service was horrible as it over-loaded passengers and luggages, which to me has been the incidence that severely violated the safety code. Please see the uploaded photos. I was very concerned when I was sitting in the Bus during transit . If an accident had had happened , no one would be able to escape. The hotel should not have sent the bus that could not handle the riding capacity. Next morning I called taxi instead of taking their shuttle bus to the airport. Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel.

The airport shuttle was easy to find and exactly where they said it would be. The room was quiet, air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and the shower was nice and hot. Got 12 straight hours of sleep after my international flight. Can't ask for more from an airport hotel!

Комфортный отель для одной ночи - транзита. Учитывайте, что добираться до отеля в город и наоборот на общественном транспорте неудобно. От отеля до метро довольно жуткая дорога идет. Советую вызывать такси до метро и обратно до отеля. До отеля и от отеля был трансфер. Коллоритный)) но он бесплатен и это прекрпсно Еда типикал. Как человек не кушающий жареное, нашла отваренные овощи и яйца) Если кушаете жареное и мучное, то будет навалу всего Кровать прекрасная, довольно тихо и удобно

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a very brief overnight stay while in transit. Didn’t have time for a proper breakfast, just grabbed a few things before the bus departed at 6:05.

The bus that collected us from the airport was a bit dodgy and smelly. The one that dropped us off was fine as it was newer and cleaner

Airport shuttle from airport to hotel didn't work for us so worth noting on hotel details maybe that the cab fare is only 160, airport to hotel so not a massive deal.

Transfer shuttle bus between PVG and hotel - very punctual and in 24 hours. Location - in a street full of restaurants. There is a fruit supermarket as well. Room - clean and useful. Reception - friendly and helpful Breakfast - Chinese and the Continental, delicious I travelled to another city and needed a hotel for my morning flight. This is a very good hotel for transit. The shuttle bus driver helped to load my luggage and the receptionist was very friendly.
