There was a hair under one of the bed covers.

Cheap price, good location, helpful staff,nice and quiet

Night porter on reception desk was very friendly & polite.

The amount of long & short hairs in the bathroom & on floor in both bathroom & bedroom was just unacceptable!! The housemaids need sacking or clean mops/cloths.

Great location and works well for a night away

Toilet was blocked and on leaving got told that it normally happens and the doors slam so loudly that you are woken by people leaving other rooms

The breakfast was lovely, location was near to everywhere we wanted to go, and staff were friendly

We had breakfast on the bank holiday Monday but not the next few mornings after that as we were told the next time there would be a breakfast served was Friday which was very disappointing. There was no lift and I struggle badly with breathing doing inclines and even more frustratingly the card key didn’t always work so I had to go back down to get the card reactivated and do the incline twice. There was no carpet on the floor of bedroom only flooring which personally I don’t like, it felt like . The wardrobe looked lovely but was very impractical as couldn’t hang my clothes up because the length was cut off by a shelf which was nailed in and couldn’t be removed.

It was like a bunker and shower was cold on both occasions when we went to use it only a trickle of water came out of it disgraceful

Close to everything, clean and really friendly staff.
