Price/value ratio, staff, buffet, lobby, the giant ACQUA Park, the pools and the beach.
Mini disco time for kids.
Some stuff was charged separately, i.e. the game room, the popcorn trolley, the fruit juice.

Et merci beaucoup tous les animateurs mention spéciale à Aicha et un grand bravo à Tito !
La plage était top avec une navette toutes les 30 min, ne pas oublier de prendre un masque à Tuba ....
Tout était parfait, manque un peu de propreté dans la chambre comme les joints de salle de bain et quelques détails mais rien de catastrophique !

On n'ose pas regarder l'heure mais il en passe tout le temps pendant la nuit. Ils passent exactement à la verticale de l'hôtel !
Et naturellement toute la journée...
À table au restaurant, à l'extérieur vous devez arrêter de parler tellement cela fait de bruit.
Bruits assourdissant de résonance également à l'intérieur du restaurant, grosse impression de cantine scolaire.
Dommage car le reste de l'hôtel bien qu'assez vieillissant est très bien entretenu
Absence d'après-shampooing notable dans les salles de bains
Wi-Fi qui se déconnecte en permanence.

The facilities are great, the water park is really good. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The staff, especially Shareef at front desk was very helpful.
Food could be better, but this didn’t bother us as we ate out in the evenings.

staff are so helpful and caring, facilitate the check in/out, early checkin and late checkout approval and utility usage is so helpful specially we were traveling. food is nice, service is amazing. getting a quick nice service in restaurants/ pool bar/ lobby bar Hotel is so secured as the security team is keep an open eye to the access and in/out from the hotel also the pool guards are keeping an open eye specially to the kids. beach access and excursions are well arranged. amenities are good. the aqua is amazing, generally you feel at home
only wavy and kids pool is temperature control, unfortunately the main pool and aqua are not.

I was in room# 3057 from 19 to 22 oct. 2022.
The staff is very friendly &helpful , the room is large with pool view the furniture is new . Everywhere we find special services. clean pools , delicious & variable food, large aqua for both adults and childrens.
I’d like to announce that all the staff everywhere is more than helpful specially Mr. Mohamed reception manager Mr. Mahmoud Elfeky receptionist, Rashad El Sayed U cook restaurant supervisor,Also the supervisor of Ritz restaurant & Mohamed Saad & Mohamed elsherbiny restaurants service .

Nice hotel as it is one of the most fascinating hotels I ever visited , thanks to friendly staff especially at aqua area Mr.Usama , Mr.Mamoun.

I would like to thank resort management specially to Mr.Ahmed Attia reception Manager as he really fulfilled every request we had.finally i extended my stay :)

We had a wonderful stay. The personnel was very helpful and polite. The food was great. We enjoyed a lot the entertainment and the swimming pools were lovely. The hamam is really recommended. Actually we loved everything and the service was great. The rooms were of a good size. The hotel in general was very clean. For sure we would love to visit it again in future!
