Outstanding breakfast. The whole building was full of character and well-maintained.

Wonderful location on the Sandhamn island, very good breakfast and nice room.

Unsuitable for travellers with a heavy, big suitcase (it is not too far from the port and the road is not paved... you have to carry your baggage the whole way, cannot use wheels). There is no transport arranged by the hotel personnel, which is a pity ... otherwise, the accommodation would be excellent.

Place was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was so lovely, the fresh fruit was gorgeous and I loved that they had dairy free milk/yoghurts. Staff very friendly at breakfast. Would definitely come back here!

The only negative was our room was very warm and the fan wasn’t too effective. The bathrooms and hallways were nice and cool.

Breakfast could have been better

Breakfast was good, lots of space too. No need to worry about the seating. There were tables outside too. The lady attending to us was always making sure we are satisfied with our breakfast. I just wish there could be a way to make own coffee or tea at the dining area during the day or evening as the house was a walk away from the town centre. After a hot travel it would be nice to relax over a cup of tea in the room while waiting for our next itinerary. Staff was so considerate. The lady who was still there after we checked out even allowed us to use the toilet after a brief visit to a nearby beach before we finally head off to the pier.

There was no proper check in counter. We had to wait at the bar. The flooring outside our room was squeaking everytime someone passes by outside our door. The electric fan was quite noisy.

Room 2 can open window only 10 cm, not so good, but the beds were excellent, good rate for Ekens beds

The location was perfect, and the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, a cozy house in the very pictoresque little village of Standhamn :)

It was a bit hot in the room during the night, even with the open window. Not a big deal but it could get a bit annoying too much at times.
