After checking in I reived message that they enrolled me as member and sent a membership number. I did not apply or filled any form. Hotel staff action sumoto is bad. I prtested to front desk about it and asked them to delete my name. After couple of days I started getting messages about membership. This type of attitude will not do any goods to hotel chain. I will approach appropriate forum if membership number is not suspended.

Smaller space n 1 lounge chair......no balcony

The food was very bad It was extremely overpriced for the facilities and it's location

From check-in to check out, everything was perfect Receptionist sajjan,shivani, and the rest of the staff were very helpful, even breakfast and lunch were very nice. The atmosphere is a lot better than other 5-star hotel cook chef mohammed Asad Biryani was too good. I enjoyed the stay plus food, no doubt I would visit again 😋

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was good. The only thing I did not like was that people who came out for smoke from their hotel room throw the cigarette bud on the floor even though there is ashtray provided by the hotel People should consider the cleanliness and respect the rules of the hotel
