We loved staying at this property! The size, location, and amenities were all perfect. The option of having their driver pick us up from the airport and bring us directly to the property was such an added plus. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to London.

Anne was a wonderful host and greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and the flat was perfect (we were a family of 4). Located on a quiet side street within walking distance to many central London sights/museums, and 8-10 min walk to 2 subway stations. Highly recommended!!

A very enjoyable stay. Comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, lovely living room, lovely primary suite. Other 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are quite small, but OK for a few nights. Excellent quality bedding on all beds, and the couch can sleep an additional person. Cannot say enough about the location. Easy walking distance to everything you might need, including grocery stores, chemist (pharmacist), and two Tube stations, plus very close to several attractions: Harrod's, Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, and Hype Park. Host warm, friendly and welcoming. The reason I gave this property a couple 4's is because the host waited until we arrived to verbally tell us how to operate the apartment when we would have preferred to have that info beforehand, so we could print it out. I made my case to her and she listened very well. I can understand why some hosts feel that orienting guests personally is the best, but I personally would rather have a written manual, so it's just a question of style and does not reflect badly on the apartment. BTW I disagree with reviewers who complain about how tatty the furniture is. It's old fashioned, but very comfortable, and hello, the decor is retro by CHOICE. I chose the apartment BECAUSE it had that old fashioned look. So one person's tatty is another person's awesome. I would stay here again.

The location of this property is fantastic.

The owner was so helpful with suggestions and getting us drivers. We had a great time exploring the area. It was very close to some of the museums.

We had 2 families (7 total) staying at the property for a week. Here is our overall summary: Pros: 1) The property at 32 Ovington Court is very well located in a nice quiet area about a 5 min walk from the main shopping area of Knightsbridge (Harrods etc) and 10 mins away from South Kensington tube station. Close to all the museums as well. 2) Annie and David were very prompt in their responses to our questions and to our requests, even though Annie was not in England. They are very reachable over whatsapp and we really enjoyed working with them. Cons: 1) The property is aging and requires some renovation. for eg, the washing machine doesnt work properly (requires a lot of intervention). The shower in the MB didnt have hot water control and we had to ask for the plumber to come. [David promptly had it fixed once we notified him]. The carpet is dirty in some areas and the freezer was packed with food items from the owner. 2) The rooms are much smaller than expected. the beds are tight for 2 people, and one of us had to sleep on the floor and./or sofa most times. The place definitely appeared bigger in the pictures than in real life but it wasnt a super issue. 3) Wifi was a bit patchy on a few days. we had to reboot the wifi device. When connected, speed was great Overall we had a great time with amazing memories of London, and are very thankful to Annie for providing us her apartment,

We are from the US and although we have traveled abroad a few times this was our first trip to the UK and London. Anne was extremely helpful for locations to eat and just overall information, and she even brought us some gorgeous bread to enjoy. The location is absolute the creme de la creme of London, it does not get more posh than this. And although you always need to be on your guard in a big city, you really feel very safe in this neighborhood. The apartment itself is more spacious than it appears in the pictures . The market (the Waitrose) is a 5 minute walk away, and muesums and Hyde park are right at your disposal along with cafe's and some of the best Lebanese and Italian restaurants. We were unfortunate in our timing as the transportation strike was going on while we were there, but the location made it so we could walk just about anywhere to keep entertained. ( and the Free Now taxi app- highly recommend you download and sign up) The kitchen was well appointed although we did not cook , Very large fridge and plenty of glasses and plates, etc. We had a little trouble working the plumbing in the master bath, but we did eventually figure it out, I would recommend you have Anne show you how it works so you don't take a freezing or Scalding shower :) . The washing machine worked perfectly and we had no issue with it at all. The appartment is exactly as it appears and the only suprise was how large the main bedroom was and the dining area was much larger than we thought from the pictures. I am a little bit of a bed snob and the master bed was extremely comfortable with high end linens making it very luxurious. My only tiny complaint was that we wanted to go into the garden, but a previous guest had lost or taken the key and she has been unable to get another key for us to enter. It is very pretty and lit up with small lights and my kids were really wanting to go run around in it, and I would have loved to sit in and English garden with a glass of wine, but alas it was not be. Hopefully she can get a key soon. We stayed here with our four kids 19,15,13 & 9 and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. I highly recommend hiring Anne's Driver, he was the nicest man full of information and so helpful, reliable and fairly priced especially considering the price of petrol there. We had an amazing time and would recommend Anne's Place to anyone and hope to return again! Thank you Anne for an amazing place and helpful suggestions!

Having stayed in London many times before I can tell you that this flat is ideal for seeing the many wonderful main attractions of London or traveling to other less trafficked destinations. Anne was wonderful- she helped us throughout our entire stay and arranged airport transfers for us. The location is top notch! In the heart of Knightsbridge yet quiet and secure. The apartment itself is clean and cozy. It is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time and will come back!!

Marvelous stay only one advise to owner it is terrible when you open drawers in the kitchen and find wires, tools, measure tapes and many dirty articles mix up with the cutlery. Bathroom also need upgrading.

Un appartement confortable, lumineux et très bien situé

The owner opened up the apt for us tonight and told us not to talk to the other tenants in the building as they make trouble for her because they don't like tourists, actually, she said no one in London likes tourists. So she said to ignore them when they ask you questions. I mean really I am on holiday and I have to hide from the other people living here and feel I am doing something wrong???????????? Also the apt is NOT as it appears in pictures. It is very old, moldy and the furniture is dirty and stained. The floor is uneven and there is a big dip in the hallway. One of my fellow travelers is disabled with a cane and it is unsafe and dangerous. I could not show it in a picture but we tripped on this spot daily. Our stay was during covid and we have to fill out a EU locator and have a covid test mailed to our location 2 days after we arrived. The address the owner said was the location of this apt was actually a different address. She said the address was rutland gate 2 london sw71bn, so that is the address we gave the government and had our test sent to. We also looked at it on a map and it was in the area we wanted to stay. We arrived at the airport and she was supposed to send a car to pick us up but he did not show up so we took a cab. Thank goodness I called to confirm the address from the airport she explained that the address was wrong and the actual address of the rental is 32 ovington square flat 3 London sw31lr. I don't know if the other address even exists but that is where our covid tests kits are going and we can ONLY take the tests that were sent to our London address. We had to find a place a pay again to have covid tests done locally in London. Our prepaid test kits never arrived because it was the wrong address. So bottom line the location was great, the apt is old and moldy and not as described and the manager was not honest.

We loved the location and the owner was very helpful from the beginning. The apartment is very cosy but needs a bit of updating. But overall we were very happy.

Stayed for 4 nights (family of four with a 6 and 11 year olds). Great location very close to Harrods, Knightsbridge station, South Kensington station, V&A Museum, and Natural History Museum. The street the house is on was so quiet! I was surprised how quiet it was and it was wonderful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would recommend it to anyone traveling to London.

Communication was fantastic. Lots of helpful hints and advice was given. Assistance with organising transport was very much appreciated. Our driver, Daniel, was so friendly and definitely made our departure easier. The home was beautiful and very centrally located. Would very much recommend.

My stay in London was perfect on every front. My experience started right from the airport where the property manager had referred us to a very nice and courteous driver who had a very spacious and clean car and dropped us off at the property without a glitch. The property manager received us with such warmth and hospitality that it felt like walking into a fancy hotel. The flat was simply perfect for all our needs starting from the simply amazing location which is a prime one with direct and easy access to everything such as shopping, museums, restaurants, train stations and buses within walking distance. The property was located in a very safe area with beautiful properties around. The property itself was fully equipped with all amenities from a full fledged kitchen to a dining and living area with WiFi and 2 bathrooms which was ideal for our family. It was very clean and tidy and very beautifully designed with a very warm and cozy feel to it. As someone who is very fussy, the sheets and towels were fresh and clean to perfection :) . The kitchen was such a blessing as we were cooking the children's meals. I can't find any flaw in the flat overall as it provided us everything we needed to make us feel like we are at home. We had always stayed in hotels and this was our first experience in a home based on a friend's recommendation who had previously stayed at the property and based on our stay we know that will definitely be the way forward for us as this was the best value for money in terms of experience! It was simply a home away from home in an area we aspire to live in :) . Lastly, the property manager was incredibly helpful and provided us with recommendations which made our trip even more enjoyable and unforgettable ! London, you have been amazing, what a first trip it was !

Loved the location in the heart of Knightsbridge with all amenities nearby inding Harrods! Wonderful quiet comfortable flat with great beds beautifully decorated and equipped. Host Anne Marie was kindness itself and gave lots of hints and tips when booking in on how to get the most out of our stay not least a personal driver - can't praise it enough

We had great communication with owner as soon as we booked. Nothing was too much trouble for her . She was brilliant in answering all our questions and giving us helpful information and tips which help make our stay perfect. She booked her regular driver to collect us from airport, who we used for a whole day outside London .As we were five it was a very good price . Apartment is in London best location , very comfortable with everything that we needed: very good beds, good linen , well stocked kitchen - lovely bathrooms . We went everywhere from there with underground and lots of buses. Grocery shops 5 minutes walk away and of course Harrods.
