Great location! A lot of space, the apartment looks very good, exactly as in the pictures.

We couldn't get into the apartment as it was locked from the inside and had to wait outside.

The location was excellent and the space and size of the apartment was excellent

The rugs and cushions were really soiled and aged which made the apartment feel a little bit shabby. A shame as for a small investment with a few nice homely soft furnishings it would make the space feel much more luxurious. Saying that it is a beautiful apartment. The view from the lounge area is excellent and beds and bedding comfy. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked but could do with a few dishes for cooking things in the oven. Also ad said there was a housekeeping service and we did not get that.

We loved our stay at this apartment which is in a brilliant location for visiting the theatres, Soho, Trafalgar Square and Somerset House - it’s so central. The apartment is just as clean and spacious as it looks in the photos. We wished we had longer to stay. I needed to contact the management team a couple of times with queries about the closest Tube station and after locking a mobile phone in the apartment when we checked out. They are so helpful and on both occasions. We’d not hesitate to book again!

Location was fab fab fab, 2 mins from bus stop on the Strand, 5 mins to great cafes in Covent Gardens, 10 mins to Trafalgar Square. Roomy cool luxurious apartment we loved our stay

This apartments are very big and bedrooms are comfortable, but other rooms are complete mess, especially kitchen. Floor is so dirty that you stick to it with every step and it requires you to wear slippers. Oven in kitchen seems expensive but it has broken door, vase with flowers is also cracked so all water came out. Also in description to this apartments here was that coffeemaker and hair dryer were included, but we were required to ask for coffeemaker and hair dryer has not been found.

Excellent location and very spacious apartment. Modern but could do with a little updating as the wear is starting to show.

The apartment has underfloor heating in both bathrooms kitchen which is excellent but as the weather was excellent and warm during our trip, the apartment was hot and it took time to find out how to turn off the heating. Would be good if instruction and labelling of the floor heating switches were made prominent.

The accommodation was a perfect size for a family it was very comfortable. It had all the essentials needed for a great stay. Fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. The location of the apartment was ideal. Will definitely book again
