I couldn’t have asked for more!!! This home is beautiful and relaxing!! Our host Brian was very helpful and informative!! He gave us ideas of things to do as we weren’t familiar with Ft Lauderdale! The house was amazing and I can’t begin to explain how relaxing it was!!! Definitely will rent this house again!!

Beautiful, clean, modern house that truly includes everything you might need, from laundry detergent to high-end small and large kitchen appliances to sunscreen and bandaids to endless fluffy pool towels. If you could think of it, it was probably there. Literally the ONLY amenities that could be improved are a couple of sharper knives for food prep, and newer cutting board. Also, there is not a Keurig. All other amenities are ABOVE and BEYOND what you’d expect to find in any rented home. So comfortable and such a time-saver not to have to run to the store to buy all the little things you just can’t bring from home if you’re flying. We loved the beautiful pool and used it throughout the day every day. It was super clean and the waterfall feature made it even better. The water was always warm and inviting, so much so that we spent most of the vacation just enjoying the pool, great takeout, and each other’s company. So relaxing! One pool note: the pool steps can be a little tricky if you have shorter or older people in your party. The first step down is a long one, and there is no handrail to steady yourself. We solved this by bringing one of the sturdy lounge chairs over to the steps so my mother could steady herself. This was an easy fix. The one ongoing problem we had was that we were unable to get any hot water in the master jet tub or in the downstairs shower, even after trying each on different days, but always got very hot water in the two other showers. Communication with Brian was friendly and plentiful. He was always available for help, tips, and advice. He even dropped off a sewing kit when I needed to stop the strap on my favorite suit from unraveling. I cannot imagine a better host.

Brian was amazing! I can not say enough about how attentive and great he was. He was such a valuable source of information throughout our stay snd checked in daily to see if we needed anything. This home is gorgeous!! It was just so perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we ever needed. It is just a few steps to the beach & a quick Uber ride to Las Olas blvd where we had the best dinners during our stay. The pool was heated and was an extra bonus at the end of each day. We had beach chairs, beach towels and even sunscreen available at the home. Brian even met our instacart delivery person and put the groceries up for us before we arrived. Rent this home!!! You will not be disappointed. I sm so grateful that we were able to stay here, in Brian’s home. 🙏

We were lucky enough to spend a week at this amazing house and can’t wait to go back! Brian went above and beyond as a host making sure every detail was perfect. The house was spotless, beautiful, and had everything we could have needed and more. The enormous master suite had gorgeous beach views from the windows and an awesome balcony to enjoy morning coffee. There is an equally lovely front garden to enjoy meals. So much to do in walking distance (beach literally steps away, restaurants, nature park) while also in a perfect location to enjoy some quiet time in the evenings. The pool area is like a private oasis. Can’t wait to book our return trip!

Our time in Ft. Lauderdale was enhanced by our stay at Villa Sol Atlantico. Brian was a great host. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Our family had a wonderful time. Thanks Brian.

The entire trip, from booking to leaving, Brian was very communicative with information about the house and any questions that arose. The house was immaculate. Better than the pictures shown. The interior, pool and location of the property were not lacking in convenience. We found ourselves relaxing by the pool more often than the beech, which is just basically crossing over the street. No loud neighbors. No loud construction or street noise. just peace and quiet if wanted. Shops and plenty of places to eat are within walking distance or short drive along A1A. Overall, our experience was great and everyone enjoyed their stay. Very highly recommended both for families and even couples. With the new kitchen it would also be a great place just to entertain. Definitely coming back. Thanks again Brian, for your hospitality and providing use of your beautiful home. Will definitely be renting again when we come back down!

Excellent property and location. Beach is 2 min walk and properly has umbrella, chairs, and towels. Awesome having private pool in backyard. House is exquisitely furnished and owner is very helpful. Would definitely repeat stay!

My family met for a small reunion at this house. Brian is the most hospitable host I’ve ever encountered! He went out of his way to make sure my family was situated after some travel delays. The house is just as the pictures show, spotless. The amenities and pool were perfect for quality family time. We loved the 2 minute walk to the beach. The location is on point (short ride from the air port, beach, and distance to restaurants. We are already planning a trip back! Will without question, stay here again!

We have rented many homes over the years, and Brian's home was far and away the most well-appointed and luxurious home we have stayed in. Brian has tastefully decked out the house so that every room is new, beautiful and a pleasure to be in. The master suite is over the top, with its own sitting area and deck. All the bedrooms have great mattresses and bathrooms to make the stay restful and relaxing. Being across the street from the beach is perfect as our group of 6 adults could come and go as we pleased. The backyard is like an oasis with gorgeous landscaping, sound, and lighting. We enjoyed dinners at Lona and Shooters' outdoor patios during the week and long walks on the beach sidewalk each morning. Don't hesitate on this rental - you will be very happy!

The location is perfect for beach lovers and provided easy access to restaurants and activities. We made wonderful memories at Villa Sol Atlantico and did not want to leave. We would come back in a heartbeat.

I really don't want to share how great this place is because it will get more difficult for us to rent it in the future. It felt like home and Brian was a most gracious host with a midwestern flare. The location is perfect. I can't really think of anything he could improve upon.
