The place seemed safe

The lady who welcomed us was so rude noy even a smile, she seemed tired and uninterested. When she heard we going to the shops she lightedned up smiling asking me to buy her Inkomazi and okra. I looked at her like how she looked at me when greeting as we arrived. Coming back without her requirements meant she wasnt gonna like us for the whole trip. Our fitted sheet has makeup stains, I called her to bring a fresh one, bringing it as I showed her she got upset that am indeed telling the truth.

The location was nice.

The bathroom wasn't clean.

The place is nice and private. The lady who helped us, Bertha, was exceptional and very friendly.

Towels were dirty

Location was great, room was spacious and there was a communal kitchen.

The bed was hard, the room was dirty (the mat had so much dust we took it out and a clean one was never brought to the room), the aircon wasn't responding to the remote so one couldn't adjust the temperature (and nothing was done after i raised the issue) and nothing was replenished (toilet paper, soap, etc.) during our two week stay.
