My room and my colleagues room were not as advertised. Both of us were located in sub standard rooms. When we brought this to the management attention we were told that both of our rooms were booked at a discounted rate so we only qualified for their cheapest rooms. The management were only willing to move us to more suitable rooms if we paid additional costs. This was unaccepable but we had no choice as our original rooms were completely unacceptable. As a result, although we had prepaid for three nights each we checked out after two nights and booked into alternative accommodation.

The rooms booked were shocking. They were not as advertised. Moving to better rooms required additional cost.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff is very friendly. The location was good for our trip and the area was quite. Will definitely use the property again if we travel in the direction.
