We like the hotspring tub as it is really of a good design, and definitely has the size factor locked down, there are also lots of handrails to hold on and also anti-slip carpet. The creme a la creme will be the additional washing tools which reminded me of a Japanese Onsen.

The rooms could be better soundproofed as we are able to hear the staff and also the other guests in the other rooms, chatting away.

1. Location was great, tons of restaurants around the place, the stay includes a free breakfast and free afternoon tea. 2. Room is nice and clean, soft bed, feathered pillows and quilt, everything is ok but nothing surprisingly good or bad.

1. Check in time is too late (18:00), got free afternoon tea tickets but wasn’t able to use it since I checked in after 18:00, checked out at 12:00, didn’t plan to stay longer. it was not clear on the description that I could go earlier and enjoy afternoon tea either. 2. The bathtub was too small, only big enough for one person, but the sink was overly huge, weird space design. 3. AC was too cold, no matter how many times I increase the temperature. 4. Wasn’t able to use tv, it kept trying to connect to internet, but wasn’t able to have access to it, so I watched Netflix on my laptop the whole night.

Location is good.

The facility wasn’t clean, the outlets didn’t work, the air conditioner was poor( temperature was beyond control…:(

Great Location. Had a great afternoon tea.

The room and the utensils (like cup) etc and desks are dusty. The hot spring tub is too small and not well maintained. Also not comfortable to use. Breakfast is disappointing… seems like vegetarian one. Almost no meat dish :(
