Buena ubicacion y habitaciones espaciosas.

Habia mucha basura, tanto en la entrada del apartamento como en el jardin. El apartamento habia estado cerrado por algun tiempo, ya que tenia telarañas y bastante polvo en muchas zonas. Yo personalmente soy alergico al polvo y no disfrutamos del apartamento debidamente debido a la pobre limpieza.

Hosts was efficient in sorting the check in process.

Home was very disappointing. There were bugs on beds and the house was not clean and quite dirty and dusty. It was quite an uncomfortable stay .

There was a garbage bin full with garbage lying at the garden and at the main door entrance when we checked in and it was smelling very bad. Complete house was smelling because of this. It was only clear after 2 days of arrival and we had to close all windows to survive. You cannot use garden for 2 days it was smelling very bad due to garbage lying there. No toiletry was provided and even toilet rolls that was there in the toilets were 1/3 only and no other toiletry was provided. No sugar, salt was available and even Chimney was not working in the kitchen so to cook anything you need to open window and all bad odour was coming inside due to garbage in the garden. There was no mat available on the ground floor so that you can clean your shoes or foot. No cleaning material and device was available to clean the house properly. Few things was informed to property management but as we were there for event so could not informed all things. No sufficient utensils were available to cook food for 6-7 people like plates, bowls, etc. Bulbs was fused for 2 rooms and only 1 bulb was working that was not sufficient. So, overall not a pleasant stay.

It was very reasonable for a 3 bedroom house it was clean, it was close to what we needed. Location was good.

It’s says sofa bed - that is not true! It does not accommodate 7 people. Not everyone in the house had a comfortable stay. I assume it’s a new build. Thinnest walls!

Good location for Airport or NEC.

Only 2 towels left for 3 guests. Very cold on arrival but warmed up once we put the heating on for while. Lots of bulbs not working on lights throughout the house. No working smoke alarms.

The house was well heated, nice and cosy.

- We booked the property for 7 people, but only 6 beds were available, so we asked for arranging the 7th bed. We found an inflatable bed probably damaged that kept deflating. - 2 light bulbs were missing from a ceiling lamp and a lamp desk. - On day 2 we run out of toilet paper. - The kitchen was not well-equipped as described, not very cleaned, in fact we had to wash dishes and mugs before using them. - We had a very disappointing check out experience, the cleaner rang the bell 3 minutes before 11am and with very rude manners she ordered us to leave immediately to not be extra-charged. So we had to leave with 3 kids in a rush. We often travel and never experienced such unprofessional behaviour.

excellent location for nec. well equipped. clean.

a couple of finishing were poor, lamp is bed 2 had no bulb and didn’t reach a plug socket! touch ups needed when removed shelves etc in hall and sitting room. paint touch ups were noticeable as seemed slightly different colour, or type of paint.
