We flew in from CA to go to a Cubs game and had a great time in this unit. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and a great location to say the least! Enjoyed all the restaurant and bar life within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

After a global business meeting in St. Louis we ended our trip to the USA with 2 casual nights in this wonderful city. Fulton Market is a fresh and young area and that appartement is exactly that as well. It is friendly around the house, but at nights it can get busy due to nightlife and bars. But that was part the reason we stayed there. Everything inside the house is in proper state. We stayed just two nights and most of the times outside. When again in Chicago with such a crew, we’ll check this appartement again.

Great loft with lots of space and windows. Amazing location within walking distance from all the great restaurants, coffee shops etc. Very lively location at night which we really enjoyed.

This property was perfect for our 2 night reunion for friends coming in from all over the country. Communication with the hosts was seem less and the location was ideal. I would’ve definitely book again for a similar event.

This property was perfect in every way for our business trip stay: ample room, great design/decor & prime location. It checked all the boxes & then some for our work & downtime needs. We'll definitely keep the property bookmarked for future needs.

This apartment is huge and beautiful, and in the center of everything! Check in/out was easy, and the hosts were super responsive. Cannot overstate how gorgeous this place is. Insider tip - bring earplugs. The only downside to being in the center of everything is that the music and party outside goes well into the early morning, and since it’s an older building, the walls and windows are pretty thin. I slept fine once I got some earplugs!

The loft is beautiful, the location is phenomenal. Check in was super easy. It does need a few things updated/fixed, I'll communicate with the Staywell team. Know that if you are a light sleeper, it is a tough place. The windows and doors are not sound resistant. The street noise is real, especially when trash and recycling gets picked up every morning between 4:30-5:45 am! Despite the noise, it was a great stay. Oh, the beds and pillows are uber comfy! Overall it is lovely!

Perfect for groups!

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. The unit is very large (bigger than pictures make it look) and with 10 people we had plenty of room to spread out. Location is prime.

Great spot to explore Chicago, apt was clean , solid, no issues. Really great restaurants all around the immediate area.

I stayed here for my 25th birthday with a few friends and could not recommend this place enough! So spacious and modern, and in the best location - right by great bars and restaurants. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained. I would love to stay here again.

Renovated loft style with high unfinished ceilings. So as you should suspect you will hear noises from apartments surrounding you, but luckily earplugs provided. Perfect location in West Loop. Super Safe. Easy access entrances.

My family (me, my husband, 9yo, 6yo and 18 mo old) stayed here for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. Really awesome neighborhood with tons of restaurants, bars, etc. We mostly ordered in (due to COVID and wedding events) and had amazing take-out options at our disposal. Due to location, there's potential for it to be loud (typical city living), but the apt. is stocked with ear plugs and noise machines - neither of which we ended up using and we slept just fine. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out (we had a large car with car-top carrier that wouldn't fit in a garage), but we were able to find street parking without a problem once we learned the system (there are some secret, non-metered spots scattered around the surrounding blocks). Neighborhood felt extremely safe.Apartment itself was enormous - more than enough space for our family and to host extended family members for dinner one night. Family room is sparsly furnished for its size, but that was fine. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. which we appreciated since we cooked meals for our toddler almost every day. Washing machine/dryer was also a huge plus when traveling with kids. Check-in /out process was super easy. Apt was clean, very modern and fun - would be great for a group of friends or a large family.Our only complaints with the place (which are specific to our situation) were that the apt is on the 3rd floor and requires walking up 2 very long staircases (the ceilings of these apts are very high!), so it was a lot of effort with multiple kids, bags, stroller, etc. every time we came and went. Also, the apt was not the most ideal for a toddler who just learned to walk (e.g. concrete floors, sharp corners), so one of us had to be on toddler duty the entire time. But our older kids were just fine! Otherwise, everything was great!

Staywell Management was prompt and professional. The property is exactly as described and has all of the basic kitchen supplies for a night in. The TV is a bit small for the space, but that’s because the common area is VERY large! We enjoyed Fulton Market for Restaurant week and the loft was within walking distance of everything we needed.

The space was HUGE. Made it great for entertaining and enjoying the space in general. Location was prime and idea, we walked majority of the time as the weather was nice and wanted to enjoy the West Loop scenery. The rooms we incredibly spacious and cozy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would return again! This place is ideal for large groups and proximity to enjoy what Chicago has to offer!

Clean & Very Spacious - a respectable space in a great location with lots to do. I reccomend the ace hotel down street. Good time in sweet spot. 10/10.

My son loved the bunk-beds (they are Queen sized so they could also accommodate adults). The place was great for a family and would also be perfect for a group of friends or couples. A few times during our stay I had questions and reached out to the hosts via email and got very quick responses. Due to Covid, we were not out much but we did order takeout from the restaurants nearby and it was all so good per usual. I loved staying at this apartment! We would definitely stay here in the future.

If you are elderly or have elderly guest the steps can be an issue, or someone with a handicap it can be an issue. Otherwise it’s amazing.
