The house was great. We stayed here to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. 18 people total, aged ranging from infant to 70. Was plenty of space to spread out and have our own areas. Perfect location from Dollywood and if you needed to get something from the store it wasn’t a far trip either. Great cabin feel and appearance.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Family really enjoyed our stay. Home away from home!!!

A group of 4 couples with kids ranging from 1-7 stayed at Top Notch for a long weekend. The cabin is massive with plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and had all the amenities we wanted (hot tub, game room, movie room). The cabin is closer to town than we imagined, but is surrounded by trees making it feel as though you are much deeper in the mountains than you really are and remains convenient to area attractions.

The only issue we had was the shower faucets were in need of repair. Two fell apart and had to be worked on. Called office and no one was sent so we fixed ourselves.

This cabin is beautiful and very well maintained!! My family and I loved it!! We didn’t have any issues with check in. The cabin is just like the pictures online!! I would definitely recommend this cabin for a big family.

Our family went here to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The property was amazing and we had a great time.

A couple of the pictures are misleading as far as which baths go with which bedrooms. The master is obvious, although the jacuzzi was gross and couldn't be used. The other walk-in shower is downstairs with the doubled bunk-beds and the room overlooking the basketball court. The couch and chair pictured are not in a bedroom, but on the loft between the two upstairs bedrooms. Relying a little too much on the renters for some of the cleaning. Bathrooms and floors were spotless , but found I had to wash almost every cooking spoon or spatula before use. The grill needs to be deep-cleaned. You wouldn't be able to cook a hot dog without a grease fire. We had 27 stay in the cabin, but that beautiful kitchen, and the added fridge downstairs let us feed a group of 40. My room was the private room on the top floor and I think the balcony off my room was the only space that wasn't used as we all spread out. I think if I'd brought a table for the bench in the corner of the kitchen; a couple people would have stayed right there. It was a favorite spot for many as the cooking went on.
