cozy lighting, clean comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent breakfast, nice bathrooms, convenient mall just downstairs (but nothing that opens late at night.) lightning fast housekeeping! perfect stay for a trip to see a concert at gbk as it’s walkable distance from the stadium.

my room did not have a full length mirror. also too many floors, the lift took forever. and i got confused with some of the floor numbers, ended at the basement at one point.

Great location being in the heart of the city and linked to FX Mall. So access to food, supermarket and shopping is convenient. The massage service that comes to the hotel room is fantastic and very reasonably priced. The Harris cafe food quality is very good too. Love the view I got at 45th floor. I could see as far as my eyes allowed, the stadiums nearby.

I had air conditioning problem for my room. The staff was quick to come and check and got it fixed.

The room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Open view inside the toilet and the hotel is accessible to all. Breakfast is not included so I don't have anything to say about the food.

I just disappointed that they don't have international socket. When I ask the receptionist, they said that they don't provide and we need to buy our own. It's unusual for a hotel to not have an international socket knowing that they are a 4 star hotel.

낡은 설비. 조식 식당으로 바로 연결되지 않는 엘레베이터가 다소 불편했고, 호텔 바로 옆에 그랩 오토바이 주정차 구역이 있고 대로변이다 보니 오토바이와 차량 소음이 어마어마함...

The location

The room I stayed in at room #1112 was very smelly of humidity. Perhaps it was coming from the AC or the bed. It wasn’t pleasant at all

Bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the breakfast. so much variety. One of the best breakfast hotels i have come across. Nice view from my room.

In room entertainment was lacking. Netflix would be a great addition. i stayed only for a night so nothing much to complain about.

I liked the location of the hotel. Close to two major malls, cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk around the park and the stadium. Also check out the new mega cinema complex. It’s convenient for me as most of my friends reside near by. The view from the window was just amazing and impressive.

I didn’t like the extreme sound of the air conditioner. Very loud , so finding a peaceful rest or sleep is made difficult.
