The receptionists were nice and served you both fast C/I & C/O!! Generally, the facilities inside the room are all nice. Surprisingly, the night view from the bathroom was amazing!!

First, the modem was unavailable and the wifi set in guest rooms couldn't be connected. But the one set on the 9th floor was connected with a laggy status while playing YT. During the midnight, sometimes, I could hear clear sounds of trampling, which was a little bothering. Apart from this, I could smell the mild odor, like the leakage of a sanitary pipe on the bathroom ceiling.

The location was good.

The room was really dirty. So was the hallway of the hotel. Housekeeping didn’t come for two days. When we asked on the third day they told us we had to Leave our room key for them to enter the room and clean it. The room smelled like smoke, the wallpaper was coming off at many spots and there was a moldy spot on the ceiling. Overall we had low expectations and just booked this cause we were late and looking for a place for New Years a bit last minute, however this was worse than our low expectations.

The beds were comfortable and the TV had the option for YouTube which was nice

The room was very cramped and a little dirty, very cold because the bathroom window is crafty and a strong smell of cigarettes as the receptionist smokes indoors and in the public bathroom

The room smelled after cigarettes. It was noisy there, because there was main road right behind window. The floor wasn't that much clean.

I like this hotel. The hotel reception are very kind friendly. The room is big room that really worth of money.

I just dont like the location and buffet breakfast is not good. Food is very few only..no many options for their food..
