En 2020 pasé 6 meses de cuarentena aquí, por lo cual siempre estaré agradecido. Fue un período especial con lindos recuerdos y amistades leales que aún perduran. Me alegré poder volver después de 3,5 años. Los apartamentos están tan bien como siempre y las camas más cómodas aún. La administradora divina y su equipo maravilloso. Cuando sea posible volveré siempre, y te lo recomiendo a ti también.

Demasiado, espectacular

Très belle hôtel, décoration style industriel. La chambre était une bonne grandeur pour être confortable. Très propre et belle literie. Le ménage peut être fait à tous les jours, selon votre demande. Staffs très gentils et professionnels, spécialement ( Ximena et Christian)ils ont répondus à toutes nos demandes. Très bon petit café au RC, ouvert à partir de 7 am. On peut faire notre lavage au ss. Il y a un épicerie à 5 minutes de marche. Il faut aller sur la carrera 73, il y a pleins de beaux petits restos et boutiques, c’est mieux que les fast food de la Carrera 70. Shopping center Unicentro à 15 minutes de marche et métro Estadio à 10 minutes de marche.

C’est bruyant le soir sur la Carrera 70, mais avec des bouchons d’oreille c’est ok.

Mooi gebouw en grote kamers met heel vriendelijk personeel. De ruimtes waren schoon. De keuken was goed ingericht met voldoende schoon kookgerei om te gebruiken.

Ik was even vergeten dat dit hotel aan het einde van de 70 gelegen is en boven allerlei barren. Het is ideaal als je komt om lekker uit te gaan, maar 's nachts is er veel herrie. Maar dat hadden we natuurlijk zelf al moeten weten van te voren!

Todo nos ha encantado, la habitación era muy completa y cómoda, el jacuzzi en la terraza tenía una vista espetacular de toda la ciudad, además estaba cerca de muchos lugares atractivos.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Le bruit ! Et attention n’utilisez pas le café et ne mangez pas le chocolat ça vous coûtera 50€!!!

De gehorigheid. We hadden dit gelezen en ik had zelf 2 verschillende soorten oordoppen meegenomen. Beide werkte helaas niet voldoende.

We very much liked this hotel. The room was spacious, and nice suite with full refrigerator, cooking surface etc. The location is in the heart of Laureles which is very beautiful with lots of restaurants and shopping around. The staff was very helpful especially Emiliano H., who went out of his way to assist us. We liked the place so much that we cut short another stay to be in Medellin and stay at the Factory Lofts.

There is really nothing to complain about, however be aware that there is a active bar adjacent to the building, that can continue late at night. The Lofts thoughtfully supply ear plugs.

Me encantó hospedarme aquí, la habitación excelente , las áreas comunes y la atención del personal increíbles , sobre todo la colaboración de Andrés y la chica en la recepción ! Me voy feliz y buen lugar para regresar !

Es costoso para lo que ofrece. Además, las habitaciones a las calles sin ruidosas. Por lo demás, habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y el personal siempre muy amable.

The say queen bed but is two full beds put together I’m over six feet tall feet hang off bed it is not queen bed

Location was a bit far from everything

The coworking space is fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. Good location.

The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. There was only single glazing so the noise from BBC was very loud and we were woken early by people shouting outside.

Location was . Thefantastic staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equiped and clean. Very comfortable bed (firm). The roof top terrace and hot tub were a great perk with excellent views. They let us leave our bags overnight which was very much appreciated.

Ubicación muy buena cerca a la calle 70 llena de bares y restaurantes, y centro comercial.

Cozy apartment, the rooftop

Everything was great, maybe one mirror in the apartment would be good as there is only one jn the bathroom

-Location: was excellent. In the middle of Laureles with nice cafes, restaurants but also only a short taxi ride to the tourist sites. -Room: aircon worked very well, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed. Stylish design. -rooftop: amazing view. Pool smaller than pictures make out. They are missing a trick in not having a bar up there. -staff: very friendly and responded promptly

-washing machine: only one for the whole hotel despite advertising the room had one. -shower pressure: poor. Maintenance came to fix it and it improved but still could have been better -noisy at night: didn’t bother us and kind of expected in central Medellin but something to be aware of.

everything was good but the bed mattress was completely sunk in the middle. minor complaint everything else was superb considering the price.

Staff was super friendly. One guy, I wish I remembered his name, even offered to buy soccer tickets for us because you needed a Colombian ID to do so online. The rooftop was great- never used to small pool, but loved sitting up there at the beginning and end of the day. Rooms were nice. It was great being able to make our own coffee and having a mini fridge.

The AC didn’t work super great and the rooms got hot with the large windows. It wasn’t horrible, but could have been better.

This is a place definitely geared up for young professionals, The rooms was a great size and pleasant to spend time in. Good WiFi connection in rooms and a great location to get out to enjoy Medellin.

Had a near miss accident wise as the pool/jacuzzi was hot enough to scald and staff did not seem that interested when informed. Hot water is available in the shower but a little hit/miss on water pressure and temperature. Not the best location for a family stay though we managed The hotel did not keep to the booking.com reservation price and felt misled on the reservation price to pay or lose our booking before arrival at hotel though indicated happy for payment on arrival. Doors to room were not great. Digital Lock did not always re-engage after being opened which can leave room unlocked to all if not checked. Some extra sound-proofing on doors would also go a long way to avoid some shared nocturnal noises

Great loft! We loved our stay here. Great location, very clean and amazing staff. You can use the laundry machines. The front desk even helped us with our Rappi order when it was raining outside! Would def come back!
