Cleaners were very rude when I complained about my bed having some sort of ash on it and the room smelling like cigarette smoke. They were talking/bitching about me in Greek not realising I could understand what they were saying.

New, clean hotel, near to the airport (we paid 15eur to get to the hotel at night with a taxi), friendly staff

The rooms and the building as such is not soundproof at all. We could hear the cars and airplanes all night long as if there were no walls that’s why we couldn’t sleep well unfortunately

Great sized rooms abs the staff were fantastic - some of the best customer service I have experienced. We arrived very late, but had starving teenagers. The receptionist was super helpful - he rang a local takeaway for us and helped us to order. Definitely above and beyond. Breakfast was €6 euros, which was good value.

We knew we’d hear the planes and we did - but it didn’t really bother us. If you stay close to an airport, you always will hear them.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was located near restaurants, shops etc.

Planes would fly regularly over the hotel very low, making the it noisy.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms and facility was spotless. The breakfast offered was very substantial and pleasantly appointed on the roof deck with a view. They were all kind and responded well to my requests.

Location although convenient to the airport, its has its occasional flights overhead but it never bothered us for sleeping.

We didn't realise how far from the ferry port the room was. It was a comfortable walking distance without luggage. With luggage it wasn't really ideal.

Perfect location to the airport. We had an early flight so it was great to be 5 min from the airport.

We booked 2 rooms..1 for my husband and me and 1 for our 3 kids. The kids’ room was fine. My room wreaked of smoke. As nonsmokers, we are very sensitive to the smell of smoke. I woke up with a headache and scratchy throat. That ruined our experience.
