The breakfast was good except I expect fresh fruit salad and not tinned.

If there had been someone to speak to I would have mentioned that the shower in room 5 is blocked and could cause a serious problem. Also the one USB port on R/H side of the bed didn’t work. I don’t think these are complaints

הגענו ונשארנו בחוץ כחצי שעה, לא היה מי שיקבל אותנו, ולא שלחו לנו קוד כניסה למקום. רק כשאחד האורחים הגיע הצלחנו להיכנס. במקלחת היה וילון, על הריצפה מגן מים לא מודבק, הניקוז לא עבד טוב. כל פעם שהתקלחנו כל ריצפת המקלחת הוצפה. לא היה מגב לגרור את המים.

Check in and breakfast ordering system worked well, bed was very comfortable, room was great and staff were friendly and helpful and cooked a great breakfast, and made a very good coffee too! Great shower and plentiful hot water.

Immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. Only 14 rooms so nice and quiet and boutique like.

Heavy road noise as our room was in front of the property.Room felt a little too warm. We felt staff while polite were a little cold. We had cereal first but was served cooked breakfast at same time as we were eating our cereal- this happened on both mornings. We felt like they were on a timer get us in and out.

1. It wasn't made explicit that there would be no staff on duty to check us in. 2. For a supposed 4-star B&B there were some surprising ommissions, eg: - only 3 tea bags (there were 2 of us) - no biscuits provided (seems very mean) - only one glass (there were 2 of us) - only one bathrobe, although I had requested 2 - no access to the rear patio despite that being highlighted on the hotel's website If a member of staff had been present most of these could have been easily addressed. 3. The room itself was disappointing and, as someone who stays in lots of hotels and B&Bs, it did not represent good value in my opinion.

The staff were really nice, the interior has been finished to a really standard, it's well located (around a 10-15 minute walk to the centre), free parking and they made us a lovely vegan breakfast.

The only issue was that there was no door for our bathroom. We had the lovely freestanding bath bedroom which we loved however there was no door dividing the bedroom and bathroom which mean the other person had to step out if the other person needed to use the bathroom.

Breakfast was as expected and staff were very helpful when we needed to ask something or ask for anything extra.

THE HEATED TOWEL RAIL DID NOT WORK (WHICH WE NEEDED FOR DRYING SMALL CLOTHES WASHING)

This is a lovely place. Very comfortable and clean. Our rooms were ready for us on arrival and of a high standard. The location is convenient for the city and there was parking on site. Breakfast was excellent in the bright airy dining room. The beds are comfortable, and our room was quiet .the bathroom has a very good shower. I can't fault Tyndall villa.

Relaxing, great fluffy towels, comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Close to the city, easy walk but note it is an uphill walk back to hotel. Staff did provide a list of buses and taxis.

Staff were pleasant and the breakfast was adequate.

We booked a city view room and paid more for the privilege. The room was very small and the shower room even smaller, in fact it was so cramped that you could not even fit a chair in. The mirror was over the toilet instead of being over the sink which was very inconvenient particularly when trying to shave. We were in room 12 which is roughly 20 meters from one of Baths busiest roads, the road goes uphill and so buses, trucks and car engines were under load as they went up hill increasing the noise levels, we could not have the window open because of the noise let alone the exhaust emissions contaminating our room and lungs. Overall a very poor experience and we would not stay there again.

Really pretty B&B and in great location. Everything was clean and tidy and room a was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely as well.

We never saw anyone representing the B&B. No greetings at beginning or end of stay. I guess this could be good for some people but it felt a little strange. The staff in the breakfast were all lovely though some were not dressed very professionally.

Absolutely spectacular accommodation. The house is beautiful and the rooms are superbly decorated. Definitely recommend it for a special occasion or celebration. Bathrobes are provided, the breakfast is out of this world (and served in a beautiful conservatory!) and the location is a 10-minute walk to Bath city centre.

No full length mirror or light above the dressing table. Missed our breakfast order on the day as no sign hung on our door. All sorted downstairs though.

Rooms were clean with very nice decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only really saw them at breakfast but they were very interactive, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

Lovely property and good car parking off the main road.

Booked late through booking.com and arrived at 18.45 and couldn’t gain access to the property as it’s a locked front door and the contact number provided on booking.com is only maned up to about 4pm. I had to ring customer services to get in touch with the property to which they did and gave me a mobile number to ring. After speaking to the manager who guided me to my room over the phone I finally got in my room at 19.25. The room was clean and tidy but no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast - I order the cooked breakfast with 2 poached eggs and both were very snotty which I felt ruined the breakfast.

The room was so lovely! A complete pleasure to stay here. We will be back. Room as really large, clean, comfortable. Decor was lovely and elegant. Breakfast was excellent and dinning area was clean and relaxed! Really enjoyed 😀

only minor which I was warned about in the description is no door on our bathroom, just in our particular room. not a massive issue for us as a couple as such but could see it may be for possible new couples. Maybe even just a sliding door or curtain even would make it a little more private when one is using the facilities. but minor as I mentioned. I was made fully aware.

I'm happy with all the facilities and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and cozy.

I was happy with all the facilities in the hotel, but the attitude of one of the waiters ruined my good opinion of this hotel. One of the waitresses said that if something happens during the night you can call the emergency number. I am an international student and my friend and I got stuck in a resort in Warminster at 11pm one night, we were so anxious that we contacted a dozen taxi companies and they were all off duty, we even thought we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. So we tried calling the hotel's emergency number to ask if they could find us a taxi. I explained to the operator that we were in a hurry, but the man who answered the phone seemed very impatient. He repeatedly stressed that the emergency number was not for a taxi and questioned why we were calling. I was very disappointed that he did not care about the safety of our two little girls, but instead criticised us for not calling in an "emergency". The next day we met this employee again at breakfast and again he questioned why we had called just because we couldn't get a taxi, again I explained why but he still didn't seem to understand what I was saying. This incident made me extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Shower pressure was amazing, room was warm and bed was very comfy.

The shower cubicle in room 11 needs to be sealed at the bottom as it was leaking water over the floor.
