good location for medical visit and shopping

well they have to change the breakfast system or put a breakfast menu in the rooms for a better service they do have a lunch and dinner menu but don’t have a breakfast menu

Great value, loved being across from the mall which had everything I needed including a great barber. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Can’t go wrong.

Nothing against the property at all. Just be aware you’re not in Poblado or Laureles so aside from the mall you’re taking a taxi everywhere.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past and never had an issue. This time I had several issues. First when I arrived, the front desk kept letting Spanish speaking customers ahead of and was very cold person. I know with the language barrier but some things are universal. Second my credit.card was charged twice. So I checked out with no issue. I was not leaving for 2 hours so I left my bags there for 2 hours. I comeback and they said I damaged the towels and had to pay 59000 cop for the towels. I did not damage the towels and if I did, should have been handled when I checked out. Anybody could have did that but so many hotels, bars etc take advantage of Americans thinking we all have money so why not. If they charge my card, we will hear from me because it's a false charge. Because of this bad experience I will never stay here again.

Apartment had plenty of space. Loved the free breakfast delivered to your room. Enjoyed the mall next door and caught a movie in Spanish (Gerard Butler movie...I'm not fluent.. Not much plot as always). Shower and bathrooms clean. AC gets cold in the bedroom (not so in the living room). I got lucky with a 6th floor spot. I still needed earplugs and with them I slept como un bebe!

Not much. Noise from street is as expected.
