The bed was too soft to my liking.

Central location, mostly up to date decorated.

The hotel has several windowless rooms, difficult to understand why this is being promoted at all.

The breakfast was well laid out, very good. The location was great.

The dinner was tasteless and there was little choice on the dinner menu.

Really superb buffet breakfast, with good scrambled eggs, many healthy choices and fresh fruits and veg, typical Swedish fare and very good coffee.

Ar first we were given a room without windows. But the receptionist easily changed that to a very nice room. Spacious, high ceilings, located at the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The hotel is located right in the centre of Södertälje. Good parking facilities too.

Our son changed rooms due to sports teams staying at the hotel. The receptionist easily facilitated a change of rooms. I was surprised however that the teams were spread out over all of the floors. They were all over. Did not cause any further problems after our complaints. Breakfast was all right.

there was an outside fan/ventilation part that turned on and off during the night. the sound was like someone drilling in a concrete wall. happened about 5 times. very, very disturbing and disrupted our sleep profoundly!
