La camera che ci è stata data era bellissima, pulita, con una vista spettacolare e un bagno molto bello. Lo staff gentilissimo ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipato e check out in ritardo gratuitamente.

Very friendly reception staff who were very efficient. Location is fantastic for all tourist sites and Metro. Comfortable rooms

We stayed in a renovated Queen room on 7th floor with balcony facing the front square which has a good view across city, but there is loud music from restaurant/ bar under the hotel late at night. We moved to a rear room which although smaller and no balcony was peaceful.

The new rooms are in very good condition.

I've ordered a cheap room. But the old ones aren't in good condition. Luck to had an opportunity to upgrade the booking and to stay in new rooms

The hotel is in a great location: within the city center, great restos and shops around, and the monuments are walking distance from the hotel. The room: I booked one of the renovated rooms, and i must say, I love it. It is modern, chic, and well decorated. Highlight was I had a great view of the National Assembly (+other monuments) and the Bulgarian mountains. It is cleaned daily and they do a good job. The room is complete with everything you need, and they are of high quality. There were thunderstorms during one day when I visited the city, good thing the TV was equipped with the Netflix app, so staycation all day ☺️ Lastly, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and ready to help 💕

The WiFi was fast but sometimes get lost in some parts of the room (my room was at the 8th floor), but it’s still good!

Rooms are too old needs to renovate, and because of that, the price is little bit higher.

Liked the style of the room and bathroom and the view

No complimentary water, no umbrella for quests, internet was slow, shower had extremely terrible pressure... and the pillow was hard.. I also like when I have extra pillows.

I really liked the old traditional vibe. hotel is super close to everything. 24 hr check in.

There is almost no WiFi signal on the 8th floor which is a shame :) and the water pressure in the shower was quite bad for some reason.
