The hotel was booked and then 2 days before my arrival they told me that they changed the hotel to something close by to the mosque. On the day I landed and reached the new location, they told me to go back to old location as they were sorry. I had to carry all my luggage and then move with my family(failed to even provide any moving assistance). Upon arriving in the room the toilet smelled pretty bad and they room cleanliness was not spic and span. Their breakfast choices were very poor and food was old at times. Location was not great.

Nice breakfast. Good location. Not far from ladies entrance of the Mosque which makes it convenient for families

Breakfast food was tasty. Lobby was well designed. Good placement moderately close to masjid nabawi

We felt that the pillows were too stiff. We didnt like how the tv, fridge and toilet didnt work or were faulty. Water in the shower was unbearably hot. Additionally, the room service was slow as we had to ask multiple times before an item we wished for was given. Kindly fix these issues for future persons at the hotel.

Despite of repeated messages to the hotel to provide two beds, found one double bed, which they converted into two beds. Beds were not comfortable, toilet was smelly, light in the toilet was insufficient,need to ask the staff to keep all utilities, break fast was pathetic, no fry egg or omelette facility, no tea with milk, tables were untidy and messy, this is definitely not a five star. This may be a three star hotel.

House keeping took long and still wasn't on point. Phone connection wasn't working on first day, apparently was a problem on the day. Water was leaking in the toilet sink. Only after chasing 3 times someone from maintenance came to see.

The hotel is really nice. Very clean and not far from Haram. Theres plenty of lifts. Wifi was good everywhere. Rooms were spacious. Had kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. All essentials are close by. It is very close for the women to get to gate 25.

The check-in was more late than expected. They have too many people waiting in the lobby. Their check-in time is 4 to 6. You might be waiting around till 6. I had booked 2 rooms, and i managed to get 1 with the help of Brother mahir. And the other i got after 6.30pm. Checkout was straightforward.

Friendly reception staff, especially Mr. Abdullah with tons of smiles and people skills.

Bathroom cleaning could do better.
