Am glad staying at Wyoming Heritage at Ooty. Hospitality of the couple was so overwhelming. It's an excellent property without the hustle of the city. One can enjoy a great view of entire Ooty from here. It's an age old colonial bungalow that gives you an amazing feel. We loved staying and we extended a day also. It was our first trip alone with our toddler after a long time and the host couple were very engaging with our daughter. Overall loved staying there. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had both our breakfast and dinner there and food is just like home cooked not so heavy on your stomach. Very tasty food. They cater to all your needs. It was worth the price.

It's a old house converted to hotel maintaining the heritage value. The manager Mr. Rohit & family takes care of their guests exceeding well. Homely tasty food & fulfill all our requirements well.

Approach to Wyoming heritage is little rough.

Food was awesome. It is home cooked food. Rohit(the caretaker) was like a family to us during the stay. Very nice experience in a scenic view and comfortable room. I would definitely visit again. :)

Road access was poor.

Near to town and other tourists spots. Very calm and quiet place . Staffs are very humble.. treated us very well . Overall its a good experience 👍🏻

The hospitality is awesome and location is excellent.It was almost like second home with excellent hospitality from the hosts.

The caretaker Rohith and family are extremely warm and hospitable. The food really has a home cooked feel, and keeps you warm in the cold of Ooty. The view from the room is spectacular, the place has a well manicured lawn with flowers. Great if you want to just stay put and take in the quiet.

Since its a vintage home and the rooms are rather large/high ceiling, it does get cold. Make sure you bring enough inner wear to stay warm during peak winters. Apart from that there really isn't anything about this place I didn't like.

A great place to stay for a complete experience of staying at a hill station. Amazing view, rustic charm and an impeccable setting. Rohith, the manager, is extremely helpful and warm with polite demeanor. Overall, an amazing place for married people and families.

For the first 2 days I felt the rooms got really cold in the night and wished we had a room heater. But got used to it and never felt like a drawback.

The Guest House has a wonderful location surrounded with greenery and with a spectacular view of Ooty and the Dodabetta Mountains. The house and the well-kept garden/terrace give you the perfect mountain resort feeling. It is very quiet, our room was large and had 4 windows. Our host was extremely helpful, we got a breakfast pack for our early outing on the first day and a huge spectacular real Indian breakfast on the second morning, even though we had to leave early for the Mysuru bus. We got a lot of tips and suggestions how to spend our time in Ooty. If I come back to Ooty it will be THE place to stay again!

The bathroom has a very faint odor from the pipes, but we got room spray for that from the host. Everything else was perfect

Rohit was a wonderful host, organising all we wanted to do. The food also was wonderful, not a big menu however very tasty. Great stay.

This is an amazing homestay; it is a beautiful colonial style bungalow that is while worth staying in. The couple who run Wyoming go above and beyond to please guests; nothing is too much trouble. Dinner here is a wonderful Indian meal, home cooked by the lady of the house; but remember to choose your dinner before 4pm. We ate at Wyoming both nights that we stayed such was the quality of the food served. WiFi is very good! The walk down to the town is easy, the walk back up just creates an appetite for dinner. Stay here you won’t be disappointed if you like calm, quiet authentic accommodation. If you are looking for a modern all singing all dancing hotel then look elsewhere.

These are not really dislikes: The shower is weak as it is gravity fed but there is plenty of hot water to have a bucket shower, just start filling the bucket before you are ready to shower! A bed side light would be wonderful!

The staff was courteous. We were given the rules of the property and as per that we had to order for dinner before 4pm ...we didn't read but the staff called us at 8pm to ask if we would eat at the property...they hadn't cooked so they got us food from an outside restaurant. Also, they were helpful in providing our driver access to the common restrooms. Food on the menu seemed reasonably priced. We didn't order anything here so can't comment further on the quality of food. Nice garden in front of the property and an awesomee view of the Ooty valley. The rooms were clean. Linen was clean too. Towels and soap was provided. The room had a TV with Tata sky. We didn't see

Furniture is a bit dated. The access from St. Stephens church is good until 100metres from the property and the alley is very narrow. Car driver had to shoo the cows...😄 Water from the purifier had a nasty taste. Blanket was torn and even the bedsheet looked dated.
