Good location, great staff, great breakfast

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was so dark, even with every light on, it wasn't easy to read. The decor in the room hadn't been modernized in many years, decades, which isn't that important, but the pictures of the bright/modern lobby on booking.com are NOT a good representation of what the rooms look like .

The room was a good size and very clean. the beds and bathroom, clean and well maintained. The location is good. well within walking distance to the main square.

Only one member of staff seemed friendly. Others whilst appearing efficient they were dour almost to the point of bad manners.

The bed was very small for two people. It was the size of a very small couple bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep there. The pillows were also not good. The shower alternated from extreme hot to cold in seconds, without us controlling it. So, it was not a pleasure stay.

Lovely hotel with a nice friendly staff.Great location and only about 400mtrs from the centre.Very clean room with comfy beds Would certainly stay there again.Great value for money.

parking is a huge problem

The room was spacious and had all the indicated facilites, including a small fridge. Bathroom and shower were good size too. Centrally located. Friendly staff, 24 hs reception. WiFi was good too.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was not very nicely lit. We had a small balcony but it was not very tidy. We had a first floor room and we could hear all the noise from the street even very late at night which was quite uncomfortable since we had a really early flight and could not rest very well, so if you need it just for the night, try to get a room higher up. Breakfast was not very varied, but passable.

The room size was okay for a family of five.

The staff member (blue eyes)who checked us in was condescending and had a negative attitude once he saw my American passport. He claimed to have looked at my passport but clearly he didn’t since he didn’t even wish me a happy birthday. He then went on to make a comment that there would be no cleaning services daily in our room and when I said we wouldn’t need the services he said you Beverly know anything can happen like the kids breaking something. Clearly he had an issue with us as guests from the moment we stepped foot into that hotel. He had a supercilious and negative attitude and say at the desk picking food out of his mouth with a toothpick (how not professional). On top of it later that day he told us that we couldn’t all fit in the elevator. We were on the sixth floor so I walked up with my older daughter but the other three I put on the elevator. I then looked at what was written inside snd outside the elevator but I did not see anything about weight or person limits as I have seen in other elevators. Instead it said that children under 12 and in other places it said children under 14 cannot use elevstor without an adult. So this employee was okay with my kids taking the Elevator alone but wouldn’t allow us to go in together despite us fitting just fine into the elevator Together. Meanwhile I saw him not say a word to others who arrived with luggage but he didn’t tell them not to go together in the elevator with their luggage. Instead he wanted to target and harass a mother with her four underage and light weight children. I was appalled and still am with this behavior because being on the sixth floor what was I supposed to do? When I complained some other guy came out with a mustache thin snd balding who I was told was the manager but instead of apologizing he tried to defend the inappropriate behavior of the pre ious employee. I don’t know who owns the hotel but they should be embarrassed to have such an employee and such a manager and employee.

Bad breakfast: very limited choice and too many people queuing for getting it.

Great Location! Close to everything. Very helpful staff. The rooms are decent. Slightly less spacious but has great value for money. Had a decent breakfast spread.

The staff was helpful, and the location for my work was excellent. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Walking distance from city center with lots of cafes and restaurants.

The lift does not stop at the mezzanine when breakfast is served and this is a problem for people with mobility problems. Shower very small. The cleanliness in the bathroom could be better: wet toilet seat when I arrived, (probably water but still ) the cabin of the shower still had traces of limestone and some dust in the air hood.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what to see and to not see. The breakfast was good.

The location of the property was great, close to everything. The stuff was friendly especially the receptionist who checked us in. The room was very clean! Breakfast was ok.

Shower have seen better days but for one night was okay.

Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, nice breakfast, the airport bus stop was located just next to the hotel and the hotel itself is located close to the town center

the room was a bit noisy and the air condition produced some unpleasant cigarettes smell while running - but it was not an a big issue because the nights in May are still not that hot
