ارتفاع السعر - عدم وجود مصعد - الغرفة في البدروم لايوجد بها تهوية يوجد درجة واحده امام الباب داخل الغرفة تسببت في سقوطي عند الدخول وامامها عامود اسطواني مما تسبب لي في ضرر في السقوط

Sehr nettes personal, sehr sauber und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt für Städtereisen. Ca 5 min vom Hotel befindet sich gleich eine Underground Station. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein aber so für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.

Nichts zu bemängeln, evtl könte man noch für eine kleine Vitrine für die Kleidung platz finden, da es keine ablage fläche gab.

The location was good as we were visiting Hyde park and the service was efficient for letting us in late and being friendly.

The shower door was broke and was a very awkward shower to get in and out of, the floor was wonky causing the bed to be wonky and the pillows were very used being flat and not very comfortable. Looks nothing like the photos. Was okay for the 1 night but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Lady on reception was helpful and friendly.

Noise, room maintenance was poor at best, room door didn't lock so felt unsafe at night. Damp smell in corridors,

Location and staff are amazing. Very friendly and it’s so close and easy to get to in central London. They were so helpful and safely tagged and kept our luggage till we came back to officially check in. Staff is the best at the place. And the location is close to 2 tube stations and not that far from Paddington either. So many tube options to reach the place.

The room was a bit too small, and the window was in the bathroom. So to get fresh air you need to keep the bathroom door open. Not great. And difficult to live around with the double bed. That room was a bit too tight for booking a standard double room.

The ladies at the reception were really sweet and helpful! The room was also good, not big and you didn't have a lot of space to move around but it was great for just sleeping!

Not necessarily "didn't like" but just something to keep in mind, we were on the 3rd (or 4th actually) floor and there were no elevators and there were quite steep stairs. So with bags and trolleys or even after a whole day of walking it could be a bit of a annoyance.

המיטה מאד נוחה, החדר קטן אבל נקי ונוח, קרוב מאד לרכבת התחתית. ולרחוב מלא מסעדות. הצוות היה מדהים !

Eerst in een kelderkamer. Daar was de vloer continue nat. Vermoedelijk van een lekkage. Kamers zijn erg gehorig. Er is geen tafel of stoel. De bedden vullen de hele kamer

location was great for what we needed.

room was tiny, both my self and partner had to walk sidewards between the bed and wall to gain acceptability to the other side of the room and bathroom. I don’t know what someone of a larger size would do apart from climb over the bed. TV situated in ridiculous position on the left hand wall, we had to watch TV laying at the bottom of the bed 🤦🏼‍♀️ we had to rearrange the bedroom furniture just so we could make a cup of tea, as unit with amenities on was no where new a plug socket. paper cups within the room for teas and coffees (felt very low budget) walls are paper thin, you could hear the people in the rooms next to us and above us make calls, flush the toilet, plug items into sockets.

Staff exudes a warm and inviting demeanor, always ready to greet others with genuine friendliness and hospitality.

The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation; the window barely opened 20cm, the room was extremely cramped, there was no light in the room whatsoever nor could it be ventilated as there are no windows, the pillows were a disaster, the bedding was put on inside out, and the sound insulation was also a disaster

Limpieza bastante justa, estaba limpio pero había algunas zonas (esquinas y algún mueble) que tenía polvo.

Ottima la posizione è facile da raggiungere

Excellent location, super friendly staff that saved me from going out to eat in an unnecessarily expensive touristy area :)

Location was good with easy access to a couple of different Tube stations although some of them were closed due to staff shortages during my stay.

Wifi was essentially non-existent. Had to work while there and use my mobile phone as a wifi hotspot the whole time. There was also no table or chair in the room which meant I had to balance the laptop on my lap while sitting on the bed when trying to work. Not suitable at all for a stay where you might have to do some work online at some point.

The location was great The place was clean The staff was very friendly

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Excellent location, which really makes a good trip. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The building was recently renovated but some of the finishings felt low-quality, but everything was functional.

Great location, 10 mins from Paddington station and 5 mins from Regents Park. Area is residential so feels safe at night. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops very close by. Room was large, clean and comfortable and bathroom had a great double shower in it. Compared to a lot of other hotels Ive stayed in this one is excellent value for money and have already rebooked for the next few weeks when Im in London.

Bit better sound proofing but its an old building so you have to take that into consideration.

location close to restaurants, some small shops, a Tesco and the two underground stops. Also close to Kensington gardens and Paddington train station. also the staff was amazing, very helpful and kind

considering it’s London it’s an average/good price but not really for budget travellers or someone looking for a spacious room apart from that good option

The staff are friendly. Location is fantastic in Bayswater. Accessible to 2 underground stations: Bayswater and Queensway.

The room is tiny but toilet is good size.
