Pokój bardzo głośny. Położony przy recepcji, windzie i hallu śniadaniowym. Łóżko małe, niewygodne. Prysznic w łazience zalewa całą podłogę, trzeba uważać aby się nie poślizgnąć. Cena pokoju jest zbyt wysoka do jakości. Okno wychodzi na korytarz, brak plan zewnetrznego.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und die tollen Zimmer waren grandios. Wir konnten über das Hotel einen Leihwagen buchen und haben tolle Tipps zum Ausgehen erhalten. Rundherum war der Service wirklich klasse. Wir möchten das Hotel sehr ans Herz legen ist die Lage wie die Ausstattung super um Ausflüge in die Altstadt zu unternehmen. Auch ist das Hotel gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Es sind wenige Gehminten von der Bushaltestelle bis zum Hotel

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sind. Aber das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Everything! The location was perfect! The staff super friendly. The room was beautiful. Loved the roof top bar. We would certainly stay here again.

The WiFi said we had exceeded the amount that could log in we didn't not mention to reception as we used our own data so was not an issue for us.

We upgraded rooms as to be honest, I’d booked the cheapest room which was a bit dark and not as fancy as the ones in the images… it was a wise move as our bedroom was beautiful and still didn’t cost the earth. Loved the roof top bar. All staff were extremely pleasant

The room we were given was small, dark and claustrophobic, nothing to do with the pictures on Booking. On top of that, the air conditioning was rather unpleasant.

The deluxe room was beautifully designed, however the lighting especially around the wardrobe area could be improved. The shower itself was fine, but there was nowhere to hang wet towels or bathrobes. Extra hooks outside the shower cubicle required.

very comfortable, extremely high spec bedrooms and bathrooms. very clean and modern. the bar is on the rooftop. there happened to be a private party but we had space and they gave us a couple of beers. Claudia, on reception was lovely and helpful but to be fair, the morning team were also happy and cheerful

Absolutely amazing interior. Room was fabulous, roomy, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was cozy, but it's hard to keep a lot of variety for so few guests. The price could therefore have been a little lower for the breakfast. Sorry that the rooftop bar was closed early on a Friday night when we wanted to take friends there.

the staff were really attentive and friendly. We managed to check into our room early which we really appreciated. The hotels decor is updated and stylish. bathroom facilities were really nice. our checkout was quick and easy (the hotel arranged for our taxi back to the airport). they also have an impressive rooftop terrace

The room was great, super comfy and clean. Just the location of the school next to it was very loud. Maybe a netter insolation of the outside windows?

The staff, (Carmen the Director and Salvatore, Claudio and Kornell) the ambience, the history! I was taken on a tour of the building the first day and fell in love immediately as it used to be a family home. I upgraded on the second day to a room which was used as a salon where women would entertain and spend their lesiure time. One of the most beautiful places blending old and high tech modern that I have ever stayed in the world and I travel a lot.

If eggs could be cooked to order at breakfast that would make it a little extra special.

noise from rooftop parties between Thursday and Sunday Didn’t have any proper light from outside in a 250 euro suite. window looked out onto the next patio wall on 2 meters.

The hotel was well situated in the pedestrian area. I asked for a quiet room. The hotel contacted me to say that the budget room I booked was situated near the reception on the ground floor. However the reservations they had did not affect us. Everything was quiet at night and we left early in the morning. The room was lovely.

The property was beautiful. The architectural design really made it stand out. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast has many options to choose from. The rooms were also extremely clean and comfortable.

The whole hotel and the room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The rooftop is a lovely addition. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Without even asking they even had lovely gestures for my partner’s birthday which was really thoughtful.

We didn’t have the breakfast, it seemed expensive for €12 and there were lots of places around to eat. The walls are quite thin, we could hear people in the neighbouring room, I guess that’s why they also put a sound limit on the TV but it’s so low you can hardly hear anything. Minor but mildly annoying that the only hooks for towels are inside the shower itself?
