Very central location for our group, great parking and clean cabin

This was a great property, close to town but set back in the woods which was very private. Nice home, had everything we needed. Upon check in we noticed a leak in the house from the air conditioning. I immediately notified the owner who responded right away and had a repair man there within the hour. Wonderful communication. Highly recommend this place!

Plenty of rooms. All sizes of beds, from twin bunk beds to King beds. Comfortable and spacious. Three floors. Plenty of games to occupy adults and kids when not out enjoying the hundreds of things to see and do. Theatre room was enjoyed for basketball games to kids movie night 💕 Bonus for me was relaxing on the wrap around porch in the rocking chair while others enjoyed the hot tub. Sunrise & sunset was amazing! Thank you VRBO & Matthew for an amazing booking and wonderful time.

Good place to stay for 3 to 4 family

Everything was spectacular for the check-in process to the check-out process. The maintenance took no time to fix the minor problem we had. The owner was quick to responding to any questions or concerns we had. Great cabin to stay in!!

We loved our stay at the cabin. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved and the property manager was great!

We rented this cabin at the last minute because our other cabin had been sold and was not able to follow through with our contract. This cabin was great! It was a great location, close enough to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without much trouble. The grocery store was close as was many other stores and restaurants we enjoyed during our stay. We had a very memorable stay at this location and look forward to coming back again soon.

Love the parking and the balconies was very quiet and comfortable beds or as the wife says super comfortable

This house was beautiful and when we couldn’t figure out the WiFi, I the owner responds quickly. Layout is a little strange but plenty of space and even if in a house full of people I still felt that I could have plenty of privacy. Will definitely rent again!

Labor Day wknd.. If only I could leave the video we took of this place to help visualize the horrific condition. Beware of the out-dated staged pics displayed. Let me start by saying they allow smoking on premises, tons of cigarette butts everywhere, the driveway, decks, all entrances of the cabin and we found butts in the couch cushion. Weeds growing out of the cracked driveway cement w/leaves and trash on every deck, not swept or removed. Doors & windows were never washed, chipped paint, broken window screen, the glass was so filthy it appeared someone splashed soda or beer everywhere. Walked inside lower level to a “so called theater room” with sub par folding chairs and a TV that didn’t work due to wires disconnected and exposed, Directly behind the chairs was the washer/dryer unit and kids bunk beds with cobwebs in the corner by the top bunk. Main bathroom.. MOLD on the tub surround and bottom, soap scum in the tub, the towels were dingy white & not enough for 20 guests. Bedrooms are all out dated and beds were on old metal frames, we found lipstick on pillow case, some type of body fluid on the bedspread, the blankets were OLD not clean, scratchy and poor quality. Same bedding from the original pics, and used. The very small kitchen, had broken cabinet drawer, refrigerator had a foul odor, utensils were dirty and minimal. The stove still had aluminum foil and crusted burnt food inside. The dining table has 4 very filthy chairs, (pic shows 6) sits directly next to the pool table which had cigarette hole burn & the only other furniture is a broken down couch, the staged pic shows a high top table and chairs (which is not there) so you have one couch and a dining table for gathering of 20 people next to a pool table with no room to play unless you rearrange the small area. The location is a neighborhood on a hill with brush and trees, no views of the mountains,. 4 person hot tub sits on the deck facing the over grown trees & brush, we saw men’s boxers in the tree, trash scattered on the side of the house. After numerous texts and pics sent to the owner he sent his maintenance man to assist, and he agreed the conditions were unacceptable and advised us to leave. We did receive a refund but had no place to go, no vacancy anywhere after driving 7 hrs to spend Labor Day wknd with our family of 16. Very disappointing all around. I’m a 5 star guest and have never seen a house in this condition especially for the price.

I had a great time!! I stayed with a big group of my friends and it was an unforgettable weekend! There is so much to do in the area! It was a very nice get away! Definitely recommend!!

My extended family and I rented this cabin for our annual Christmas season gathering. It was a great experience for us. The media & game rooms kept the younger members occupied while the adults gathered in the main living/dining area. Would definitely be willing to come back again.

Great for a family get together with pre-teen cousins!
