we had broken blind on the door that had to be replaced, had cracked blind in the kitchen and bedroom, closet door was difficult to open and close, we had cobb Webbs near the ceiling , had tape on the carpet, had a stail odor and on the last day we seen a mice in bedroom

Location was great.

Tv remotes didn’t work upstairs well.

Location, the deck, the pool table and foosball table area. It was nice having a kitchen and dishes and cookware. And washer and dryer was great.. Close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg for shopping.. and relaxing in the hot tub after running around all day was great. We saw a bear cub walking beside the cabin right beside us as soon as we showed up and the kids were so excited. They loved it

The beds were way too soft. The grill was not cleaned. Couldn't sit everyone down too eat together. No room to move table out from the wall to use chairs. We had 7 kids and couldn't get everyone at the table and bar. Just too close together.

It was a comfortable stay and we did use grill one evening

It didn’t have any view because the trees were all grown up around the decks. Bad odor from under sink possible dead mouse behind cabinets . Listed hair dryer as an amenity but there was none so we had to go buy one. Rooms were a little smaller than they seemed in pictures but some beds were comfortable. Upstairs bed very very firm and hot! Need a ceiling fan for sure. Ping pong table broke. Hard to keep house cool in the hot temperatures but was tolerable.
