We arrived late at night . People were hanging around outside, so we guess it must be a student area. Car Park wasnt lit, so hard to find the correct parking space in the dark. Inside, initial impression was that the apartment was a good size, but it became quickly apparent it had not been cleaned. Dirty pans, plates, bowls etc in & around sink area. Food on the dining chairs, dinning table had not been cleaned. Dirty Towels hung up on clothes horse in lounge. Dirty towel left on back of bathroom door. Empty small bottle next to the sink (not the complimentary smellie mentioned in their advert) & beds didn't look like they'd been made, so we could only assume the sheets had not been changed either. We did not feel we could stay due to the state of the appartment & immediately left & had to stay in a hotel. I don't recommend this place.

Quiet, modern and clean. Best bed I’ve ever slept in! Smart modern kitchen and comfy living area.

Nothing

The location is perfect. 20 mins by foot to the center and 20 mins by foot to the University. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has all the facilities. Both bedrooms are small but cozy.

If you are a family that requires big bedrooms for whatever reason, that may not be your option.

Clean modern facilities. Location good and directions to the apartment and off street parking were excellent.

Late check in of 4pm. Request for earlier check in abrupt and not granted. Even worse wrong passcode for key box meant we did not get into the apartment until 6.30. Spent over an hour with Pass The Keys on the phone to sort it out.

Great location since visiting relatives 5 minutes away. Plus easy to walk into centre of York.

Wifi password should be put in easier spot to locate. Luckily we found it eventually.

Clean and comfortable.Great mattress especially.

Oven is to the end of it’s life and needs replacement.Will be great a shower with thermostat over bath as actual water form shower is getting too hot in short time ( the thermostat can’t control temperature of water)and I needed to wash my hair in the sink.As well a pregnant woman will struggle to shower in actual shower cabin.
