Property was clean had a great view overlooking the ocean. Host was very responsive to all communications and property was everything we expected it to be. Great location.

This condo apartment is in a great location with a wonderful view but the place needs up dating. Painting grouting. Etc. there are not closets for your clothes. It was not clean.

When we arrived at the unit , you immediately see how worn and dirty the unit is. I immediately messaged the owner letting her know I was disappointed with the state of the unit. I sent her photos and asked for refund on cleaning. This unit was filthy ! She has not responded to that yet. The furniture is old and stained, the rug in the photo is filthy, shower walls have mold, bathroom door dirty, vents dirty, towels, bedsheets, and comforters old and worn. The master bedroom sheets didn’t even match. A fitted sheet white, top sheet something else. Only two pillows on the king master and any extras had no pillow cases. There is nowhere to put anything either. Small sink counter , no shelves, towels set on nightstand. Light malfunctioning in master bath. The view from the unit is very nice and the on site amenities are nice. They have a coffee station for the morning, a nice Italian restaurant, and the tiki bar. We stayed October 2023 and there’s construction going on on both sides of the hotel, you can hear while you’re laying at the pool. Check older reviews. Some of these items have been mentioned before and this is not one item. This is many items and this has been neglected for a long time.

We had a wonderful time! We were travelling with my two daughters and two adult friends. We got there a little early and were able to check in early. Ate at the tiki restaurant on site for many of our meals. Walked down to the beach - loved it!

You just can’t beat the views of this 10th floor condo Waking up to nothing but blue and waves. The condo was ideal for our family that wanted to cook breakfast each morning and go out for the day. Being able to walk out to beach was perfect. The condo included chairs and towels for us. Renting an umbrella downstairs was very affordable at $10. I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this unit!! It is so homey and cute with windows all around so you basically have a panoramic view of the ocean every morning you wake up! The layout is open and it’s so nice when everyone is all hanging out - you can be together in the living space! Bedrooms are quiet and the shades make for really good sleep! You’re walking distance across the street from McDonald’s and Winn Dixie for quick needs and only a 10 min Uber away from Lauderdale by the sea which has great restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful and in a great spot! The view was simply amazing! When we arrived the smaller bedroom didn’t have the complete Firestick adapter for tv purposes. The property manager was out of state and informed me that he would send someone over, however, no one ever showed up. The toilet in the master bathroom seemed to run and be broken. The skillets need to be replaced as well! But overall it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

My wife and I with our 2 kids really enjoyed our stay. The view from the room is amazing and the room was spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and pool which was easy to access with surprising quick elevators. The room is quiet at night and we slept great every night. I would absolutely recommend.

The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, which look out over the ocean. The view is absolutely amazing! There are beautiful views in every room of this property. My family enjoyed our recent stay and will certainly look in to staying at this property again on our next trip to Fort lauderdale.

Like others I looked at what seemed to be hundreds of properties, reading reviews for hours and checking place after place, while trying to book a place for my 80 year old parents, my Sister and I for about a week. I kept coming back to this one though for the view. Admittedly I was a little worried about some of the reviews and reached out to Izzy before I booked to get clarification. A couple of the big things for us were - the outlets and closets. There are a few nonworking outlets right now. She had them previously fixed but may try to close them off as she was surprised to hear they were not working again - they are the 2 sets by the windows in the living room overlooking the ocean. We found plenty of other outlets though and had no issues for 4 adults with phones to charge. While there are no closets to hang clothes she does have a rolling rack that worked for our needs (we had nice clothes due to my twin nieces' graduation). A few other reviewers mentioned the unit seemed run down or needed some updating. We found it to be very comfortable and really had no issues. The beach towels were great, the bathroom towels were a little older, although not a deal breaker for us. Izzy and Mario are extremely responsive and made the stay really easy. You cannot beat this view - and the space was great. Plenty of it so my parents, sister and I had room to spread out and not feel so on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again....did I mention the view?

Perfect location, great food/drink options on-site, diverse shopping across the street and .75 miles from shops, restaurants/bars of Lauder-by-the Sea. Being ocean-front is very nice as well. Condo has amazing views.

My wife and I and another couple stayed here. Condo was big, clean, and in a great location. You can walk to many places but you don’t really have to leave at all. Tiki bar down stairs great food and drinks. Pool area great. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay!!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the unbeatable views and spacious living area. The nice to have items were very helpful: beach chairs, ice chest, broom, beach towels, Saran Wrap. The beds are comfortable as well. However, some items really need to be refreshed. The microwave door was cracked when we arrived. Several outlets don’t work. There weren’t any oven mitts (we used doubled up towels several times) and only 1 small dish towel. There aren’t any mixing bowls or serving bowls and only 1 spatula. There is 1 measuring cup and no other way to measure for a recipe. The nonstick pots and pans are pretty thrashed. The pillows are really old and the pillow cases didn’t cover some of them. We would definitely stay here again, IF they refresh these items. We enjoyed the facilities and the location. It just seems that for over $500/night after fees, it’s reasonable to expect these items would be supplied and/or in better shape.

Great beach access…nice place. Needs a little updating but was very happy with stay. Will stay again. Valet was more expensive than posted and I would recommend using cash. My credit card was hacked and the only place I used that card was the valet. I think it is a third party vendor. Shady.

Perfect location, small street off of A1A, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Building has many amenities as a bonus. The ocean view from this unit is absolutely spectacular. You can watch the sunrise every morning while drinking your coffee.

Very nice condo in a great location. Two excellent restaurants on sight with other restaurants, groceries, etc within walking distance. Condo has plenty of room and was very clean. Excellent view from living room and bedroom. Would stay there again if/when we return to Fort Lauderdale.

We went to Fort Lauderdale for a family vacation. The property did not disappoint. The views are absolutely amazing from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped. Getting to the beach is literally an elevator ride down and just a few steps to the pool and beach. We aren’t drinkers but the tiki hut down by the beach/pool had a really fun/relaxed vibe (and the food was good!) The host of the property was incredibly responsive (although we really didn’t any issues). We would definitely recommend this space for families…..or singles….or anyone really. We loved our experience :)

The place is a dump. Same unit on Expedia less $. If you are just sleeping there, its ok; except day we had with no AC!!!! TV needs NASA to run. Tiki expensive but great. Hardly any pool chairs. Kitchen handy. Worked for quick family bday trip. Might return for cheap place to stay as we just barely survived Ian in Fort Myers. Isidore should deep clean and regrout with her earnings! Bedding frayed and old as are towels. Made you feel a bit sqeamish. If your expectations are very low they will easily be met.

My family has not traveled to Florida since Covid. We rented this property and absolutely loved it!! The pictures were spot on, it was clean, plenty beach towels and chairs were available for the beach and the view was absolutely stunning!! The Tiki bar located on the property has great food and drinks, and the pool was clean. I would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful time and a great vacation!!!
