Absolutely immaculate place right next to the Galata Tower. It was all very clean and well organized from the check-in to departure. Communication very pleasant. Would come back in a heart beat!

Located right beside the galata tower; good place if you want to be at the heart of the action. Julia and Tarkan’s house was super clean, nice and spacious. They also provided a lot of information about istanbul and the places of interest prior to the stay.

We had a great time in the apartment. It's in a cool location, right by the Galata Tower. The apartment itself is large, clean, looks exactly like the photos, and we found it had everything we required. Having air con in every bedroom was a huge bonus. Tarkan was also already at the apartment when we arrived, greeting us with a friendly face and lots of useful information. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay in the apartment which was in an excellent location right next to Galata Tower and walking distance from Sultanamet. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in close proximity. The apartment itself was very clean and really good size. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We are 4 friends and rented the apartment for 10 days. The apartment is large and nicely cut. It is stylishly furnished and very clean. It is centrally located, 5-10 walking minutes can be reached by the popular iStiklal-Caddesi. There are many restaurants, cafes in front of the door. The location of the apartment is just perfect. The handover of the keys was also flawless. On the day of departure we were allowed to stay until the late afternoon because our flight only went back in the evening. The hosts are really friendly and courteous. We felt at home in the apartment! We would like to travel to Istanbul again this year and rent this apartment again!

Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay! Communication was great before and during the trip. The apartment was in a perfect location to easily move around the city. And the description wasn't joking when it says you feel like you can touch the tower from your window! It was well appointed and gad everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location of this apartment, and found it to be very convenient to all of the places we wanted to see in Istanbul. The neighborhood is vibrant with so much to do - plenty of restaurants and close to public transit. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and much more spacious than we expected. We were greeted by Sule, who gave us a great primer on the neighborhood as well as important information about the apartment. We had no need to contact the hosts, as everything worked perfectly, but they were definitely available if needed. They also arranged for transport from the airport, which made the trip easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

If you like being in the middle of things this is a great location. It is right next to Galata Tower and is surrounded by restaurants and shops.

This was our first time in Istanbul and I was blown away by the beauty of the City. But the apartment was the icing on the cake. Great location with so many great places to eat and drink on our doorstep. It was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was on the third floor though with no lift, which was not a problem for us, but might be something to consider when booking.

This place is truly great. Such a beautiful apartment and at a perfect location to see everything in Beyoğlu/İstanbul. The apartment itself was clean and in great shape. You have access to everything you need right outside the building and being right next to Galata Tower gives you beautiful views. I highly recommend booking this place if you’re staying in Beyoğlu.

Superbe appartement dans un endroit fantastique. Au pied de la tour de Galata. quartier très vivant. Beaucoup de restaurants et magasins à proximité, dans très pratique. Le quartier a une vraie âme sympa, nous nous y sommes vraiment senti bien. Ne loupez pas l'une des recommandations de Julia And Tarkan, allez manger chez Tom Tom Kebap, vraiment top!

We (one adult and three teenagers) stayed for a lovely weekend in Julia's and Tarkan's place within spitting distance of the Galata Tower. Lovely! Loved the lively and walkable neighborhood. In short, everything about our stay was great... check-in was smooth, the place was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Stylish, historic apartment a couple of meters from the Galata Tower with fantastic views from the windows. Very clean, with comfortable beds and excellent working plumbing. The lovely manager met us at the apartment, helped with things, everything was shown, explained. The location of the apartment is excellent. Not far from the house there are many cozy restaurants, nice shops, but at the same time it was very quiet in the apartment. Thanks Julia and Tarkan, we had a great time.

This place is SO gorgeous – brilliantly located and beautifully decorated. Julia was looking after us for the weekend and was extremely communicative and lovely. She gave us travel cards we could top up to get around when we checked in, and let us keep our luggage in storage after checkout on the last day so that we could maximise our weekend in the city. We couldn't have been better looked after !

Fantastisk leilighet midt i smørøyet i bydelen Beyoglu. Kort vei til alt. Leiligheten er romslig med gode soverom og alle fasiliteter. Skal du besøke Istanbul noen dager er dette et prima sted å bo. God og profesjonell kommunikasjon. Rent og ryddig. Tilogmed en nabokatt som passer på i oppgangen 😃.

Julia and Tarkan were really attentive! They sent us a lot of useful information about the town. Main sights of the town located close to the apartments. Flat in really nice with everything you need for comfortable staying. We are still impressed by our staying in Istanbul and hope to return!

This is a beautiful, historic apartment, full of generous space and light and renovated/equiped to the highest standards. Tarkan was very helpful with our check-in process and speaks excellent English. The area immediately around the Galata Tower is very focussed on tourism, but with easy access to the Galata Bridge, tram, Golden Horn ferries etc the apartment provided an excellent location for exporing Istanbul's varied districts (thank you Tarkan for providing travel cards).

since the galata tower is next to the appartement we were able to visit the galata tower early in the morning and had a view of istanbul while the city was still sleeping. So beautiful!
