We visited Ft. Lauderdale with our family of 6, which included two college age children and two teens. All the kids had their own space but the house was cozy enough for us to watch tv together at night. The backyard pool did not disappoint and we spent time swimming or chilling in the hot tub daily. The house is a very short 5 minute or less walk to the beach, which we loved. Leo and Julian were great hosts and gave us lots of pointers regarding the area and the house. We made wonderful family memories at the Bamboo house and I can’t wait to return.

We were in town for a family graduation and wanted a place where we and our adult sons would be comfortable, and where we could hang with the local family members. The Bamboo House was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, reasonably convenient to every place we needed to go. The state park around the corner was a nice bonus. The house itself was great. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. The host was great - prepped us well, gave us lots of recommendations for dining and fun.

We were looking for something for 9, ages 3-42 that had location close enough for anything we wanted to do and a private pool and we got it. Very friendly hosts and the inside was a perfect combo of nice and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were nice and secluded enough feeling while being able to walk to beach or call quick Uber for cheap bc most else was within a couple miles. I wanted to move on!

Very great experience. From check in to check out, great communication. The property had a great location and was close to everything. The pool is even bigger in person! Lots of extra towels which a lot of places don’t have! Definitely would recommend

My friends and I had a great time at this property. Great location. Great hang out areas all around the house. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. All the rooms were nice size. Checking in and out was simple. We did have one little incident but Leo was able to be reached quickly and is easy to work with. We had a change of plans and had to leave a lot of weekend supplies at the house. I'm not even mad about that because we had such a great time. We stayed there last year but I just looked up this reservation because we are about to try to book. The property again later this year.

This home was amazing! We had a great time! Communication with Leo was great from booking until the time of our stay. I thought the fact that he was meeting us there when we arrived was a little weird when booking. But, it was actually a huge bonus! Showing us things like how to work the TV and just where everything was made our stay that much more enjoyable! The personal touch was great! Will book again if we return to the area.

Leo was extremely helpful with any questions and covered any questions we had about our stay/the area. We had a group of 9 people all coming at different times and he was more than accommodating with check-in times for our group. The listing is accurate in that the beach is literally 5 minutes away and you’re in a prime spot in Fort Lauderdale. We can’t wait to make this trip again and would recommend booking this property every time!

Staycation
Overall it was a good place to stay. Pool and hot tub area is great. The location is great, and close to the beach. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. There are a few things that need some TLC. Also, plan to bring extra toilet paper with you if you don’t want to take an Uber or Lyft to a shopping center for more as we didn’t have enough supplied to us for the entire stay.

Bachelorette Weekend
The Bamboo House hosted our bachelorette weekend! Leo, the property manager, was so nice, accommodating and responsive. The location was great. 5 min walk to the beach and just a short ride to downtown Fort Lauderdale beach. Definitely recommend this house for your next weekend getaway!

Great quiet place right by the beach
We had an excellent time at this rental. Very spacious common areas. Amazing pool and easy walk across the street to the beach. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

fabulous, fun family reunion.
My brother said that it is the best bed, next to his own, he has slept on. That is the quality of everything at this house. Leo is an amazing post almost felt like part of the family also. I really felt like we were being treated like royalty.

You don't want to miss this place
This is a great property. I would definitely return. The manager is very friendly and courteous and prompt in responding. The place is very centrally located and has all the amenities you could need for a great trip. It is very clean and inviting. The lighting and the outdoors are especially nice in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in Fort Lauderdale.

If you are looking for a place to have a big noisy party, this is not the place for you.
I was looking for a quiet place within a walking distance to the beach to have a quality time with my family of 7. The bamboo house was perfect. I will return.

Memorial day meet up
the house was the perfect for our memorial day weekend. Awesome host. Perfect location. House was very clean pool and patio area were great. Everything thing we needed was there. House was very roomy and spacious. My family, friends and I had an amazing time

Great location, clean and Leo was very good to work with.
Our party ranged from infant-age 54. The location was perfect. Very easy walk to the beach, close enough to nightlife and restaurants but quiet for down time for the little ones. Leo was so accommodating and was eager to make our stay enjoyable. While it could use some updates it was super clean and met all of our needs. Thanks Leo!

Excellent location and amenities!
Leo was extremely responsive and informative to any and all questions during our stay and the months leading to it. The property is in an excellent spot within a 5 minute walk to a public beach. The backyard with a pool and hot tub is protected from windy days making it very comfortable. Had ample room for all guests in our group and would definitely stay again if we come back! Had a great experience with Leo and his property. The location is prime for any occasion.

We had a great week in Bamboo house. We loved the backyard- we were in the pool and hot tub every day. The house is very clean even though dated. The owner met us to give us the lay of the land and went above to ensure the house was COVID free steam cleaning surfaces and utensils. We’d stay again.

Great location...needs some improvements
Leo the owner was very welcoming and quick to reply anytime we had a need! Super clean. Loved the hot tub! Easy walk to the beach. A few things to tweak: Closets need shelves. Kitchen needs cooking sheets. Rental could use some maintenance and upgrading. One master bed is very worn and squeaks loudly. Could use more seating in the unit. Overall we had a great getaway with the kids!

Very happy with our vacation
