We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. It was nice, clean, near the beach and had all the amenities we had seen and wanted. The staff went above in beyond in helping us retrieve something we had left at the property which was much appreciated. Very hospitable, great location and very happy. Would use this location and other properties by the same management team in the area again in the future. Very happy.

A/C was set to only go to 70, not allowed to go lower…which would’ve been fine if the fan in the living room worked but it didn’t, so it was very warm. Furniture in the living room was not as pictured, instead it was a very hot fabric. Listed as a 5 bedroom but the one room is a sunroom and had no air at all. Couldn’t be slept in so left us short beds.TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work or had no cable/apps. TV in living room was complex to use. Driveway was on a main road and the neighbor was redoing his driveway so we had difficulty pulling out. Cameras pointed at the hot tub on the back, seemed invasive. Not enough towels and no wash clothes, no dish rags. Check out asks you to clean and launder towels with a $325 cleaning fee. No broom to sweep up floors. Floors were uneven on stepping down onto the balcony, caused two of us to trip. Not a family friendly spot. We had a guy come into the fence one night and we scared him off, seemed sketchy. Overall, not worth the amount paid to stay there. Definitely needs updated.

The property is beautiful and very clean! The pool was a huge hit with the children and very private. The property manager met us on our first day and assured all of our questions were answered which was wonderful hospitality. If we had any questions, a prompty response was recieved. The beach is only 2 blocks away and very clean. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great vacation!

Very beautiful and well stocked home. Close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and the check-in process was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Thank you for having us!

The house was great. The pool and hot tub were great additions. Super close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. We reached out to the property manager a few times during the trip for recommendations and other things and he responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this house for future stays.

We had a great time! This property is in the perfect location of Fort Lauderdale. It is walking distance to the beach as well as cute lunch/brunch spots. The home is absolutely stunning!

The property was wonderful in every imaginal category. Starting with hosts, Leo and Sebastian. Both expeditiously responded to our pre-visit questions and requests and during our stay. Sebastian checking was the most thorough we ever experienced during VRBO stays over last 5 yrs. Any questions that arose during our visit Sebastian responded very quickly. The property location was super. 2 blocks from beautiful beach, near shopping and restaurants. This property was well maintained by the hosts. Everything you'd expect was provided. The house was immaculately clean. In short, we'd return to this property on next trip to FT Lauderdale. Chuck and Ann

Nice family getaway!
Great location between las olas and Lauderdale by the sea. Walking distance to nice family beach which is also dog friendly. Rented the golf cart which kids really enjoyed. Leo is an excellent host who's vet nice , flexible and will help with anything you need or any issue. Highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend
We (5 of us) stayed at this beautiful home for two days prior to departing on my birthday cruise. We hung out by the pool during the day and jacuzzi at night. The home is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. Leo was an awesome host host! He was very welcoming, communicative, and ensured that we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Bachelorette party
My friends and I stayed at this house for a bachelorette party. House was clean and spacious. Very close to everything. Leo was great with communication and made it very easy to check in early with flight changes. Would recommend.

In need of repair. Master closet was broken with no shelving or place to hang clothes. TVs did not work well. Fire alarm in kitchen kept going off when you used toaster. Limited bathroom towels with no wash cloths. Location on busy A1A was annoying. Really was only 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with the 3rd bedroom upstairs having to go into one of the other bedrooms to use bathroom. Was disappointed for the description did not match the reality of the place. The check in person should have explained the function of the TVs better

We love this house -and Leo!
This house was absolutely perfect! Looks exactly as advertised. Stayed here with 8 girls for a bachelorette. Everyone had their own space and slept comfortable. Between the salt water pool, two minute walk to the beach and quick Uber ride to Las Olas Blvd-there was no room for disappointment.
Leo was incredible and made booking so easy. He was there to greet us and give us a tour as soon as we arrived and offer input on the best places to go. He was so quick to answer any questions or concerns.
I would definitely recommend - and will definitely be booking with Leo again in the future!

the owner charged us 250 extra cleanup which is BS after we spent 300 for cleanup, the stairs are horrible and very dangerous so if you stay there( recommend you don't) be careful not to hurt yourself on the stairs, two in our party fell down the stairs and one was my pregnant daughter, not equipted at all with dishes, silverware or glasses and on a very busy street and hard to get in and out, all in all, a very bad experence with the owner and the house

Great stay at beach house
House exactly as described. Very short walk to beach as well as very close proximity to multiple restaurants. Both adults and children loved having pool and hot tub at house. We opted to use the golf cart which was a lot of fun!
Leo was very responsive to any questions. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which we were so grateful for since we were traveling with babies and pets.

The best time!!!
We had the very best time staying at this property. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We traveled with 4 adult couples and I would definitely stay again. Leo checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. It’s an easy walk to the beach or several restaurants/bars.

Perfect house for group
The house is great for a larger group! I went with 6 other women for a long weekend getaway. Leo is so kind and responds almost instantly to all messages. He came to the house for check in and answered all questions. The house is perfect and has plenty of bed space. The pool is great for lounging by and the beach is a close walk around the block. We took a quick Uber to las olas and had a wide variety of restaurants and bars to explore. Shooters is also writhing walking distance for a great brunch (and bottomless mimosas). Overall a great stay.

Leo was so great to work with the entire trip! He explained everything and walked us through the place when we got here. The house was beautiful and true to the pictures - great location to the beach and walkable to other places nearby for drinks, dinner, etc. I would definitely come back in future years to come!

Such an amazing time at this property! I had my bachelorette here and it was perfect. The location is GREAT. Super clean and has everything you need. If i ever need to stay here again, I def will. As we were welcomed into the home it was passed off to us as our home for the weekend everyone in my family enjoyed every aspect of the home area and neighborhood we had everything more than what we needed we forgot about going to the beach the beach home property was amazing
