Lisa is awesome, communication is one of her top priorities who doesn’t love that! The house is amazing clean, plenty of room, backyard is amazing, hot tub was perfect beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked well with all the dishes and pots and pans you could need. I would recommend this rental for anyone’s vacation or family gathering!

This property was perfect for our multi-family holiday getaway. We had 7 adults (4 families total) and two elementary aged children. The rooms were a good size with comfortable king sized beds. The decor was quaint and thought the home is not modern in style, it had all the modern accommodations you’d expect to find in a vacation home. The back yard and hot tub were our favorite elements. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we needed them. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the property is right outside of the pigeon forge area. The small river in the back yard was great for fishing and kayaking. The owner of the rental even offered to let us fish at one of his other locations, lakeside. The massage chair in one of the bedrooms and the video arcade game in the living room were nice additions to the rental. There were 5 total in our group, plenty of room for all of us.

Loved back porch with river and colored leaves. So relaxing on porch swing and rockers. Never enjoyed a place with a water view even in the bathroom. Great experience.

This place is great! The river and location were top notch!! My kids enjoyed the hot tub, river, porch and kayaks as much as we did. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and space. Super close to walmart and DG. The game machine the kids loved. However, there is a musty/mildew odor in the whole home and updates are greatly needed in the kitchen. Front door is tricky to lock. Beds are not great and very squeaky, and the master bedroom has barn doors so not good for adult privacy, (the one to the kitchen doesnt lock). Overall great place (we arent fancy people).

We stayed one night on our way home to the beach. House is great and very clean. Grandkids loved to 0lay in the river.

We came to the smoky mountains with our kids & grandkids to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Ages 70-18. The home is in a very convenient location. Easy access to everything. From the front it's a regular house in a quiet subdivision, but when you get to the back porch it's all nature! The river, hammock, fire pit, tree swing, hot tub, kayaks, chairs & swing are so relaxing! The only thing that needs addressed is the cleaning, the floors need Stanley steamer badly, the ceiling fans & cobwebs need cleaned. This didn't negatively affect our stay & Lisa was great.

Nice older home. The location was great, just a few minutes from Dollywood and Sevierville. The house was spacious, lots of rooms for everyone to separate. It had all the amenities we could need during our trip. We really only had two cons: 1. The house could use a good cleaning, I had white socks that turned black after I walked around the house unpacking the first day. 2. The converted dining room had to most uncomfortable mattress ever. It sagged terribly which we didn't realize until we woke the next morning. Luckily, we had one extra room and moved the second night and slept much better. Overall a good place for a big family to stay.

although my husband was in the hospital and I stayed at the hospital back home my family was able to stay. They said everything was there for Christmas dinner, the place was clean and well supplied. Only issue they had was the second bathroom shower head leaked. They couldn't really enjoy the river because it was too cold to even sit out next to it.

The photos in this listing are extremely misleading. The property is dirty and the neighborhood is sketchy. It didn't seem dangerous, but it was unpleasant. The house is also poorly insulated. The furniture is old and dirty. The beds were painfully uncomfortable. I would not be surprised if the floors had never been mopped. If you choose to stay here bring extra socks. All in all, the price is outrageous considering the state of the property.

This vacation is exactly what we needed!! The neighborhood is very quiet, and its nice having the river in the backyard. My husband got in some fishing during our stay. He didn't catch anything big only small bluegills, red eyes, and a bass but enjoyed his time fishing non the less. The hosts were awesome. Unfortunately the day before they had flash flooding which clogged filters in the water treatment plant so couldn't use the water for drinking or cooking (unless boiled it). The host had bottled water waiting for us when we arrived and was even so nice as to offer reimbursing us for water we bought due to the situation. Overall, including the water contamination, it was a great trip. My teenage daughter and boyfriend really enjoyed their time and my husband said this was one of his favorite houses we've stayed at using VRBO.

We really enjoyed this home. Lots of room for our family of 7. We played in river and used kayaks almost daily. We ventured out to town which is very close. Owners were very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great waterfront home with such an enjoyable backyard. We fished, kayaked and had a bonfire. Also enjoyed the swing and hammocks. Great location close to everything. Highly recommend and hope to return here soon!

We only stayed for one night but would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Still close to so many fun things. We enjoyed the river in the backyard and hot tub. House had plenty of space and was very clean.

We were just there for a long weekend to attend a friend's wedding. It was a wonderful stay. We love the back yard and the creek. It was so quiet and relaxing. The house is roomy with 4 large bedrooms. It was clean and had every comfort of home. We loved the hottub also.

The backyard is very private and peaceful. Sit on the porch swing, soak in the hot tub, or sit around a nice fire all while listening to the flowing creek. Cute clean house. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic. aThe house has plenty of interior space for everyone to stretch out. The outdoor space is beautiful with the river running behind it. There is a nice screened in patio with ample outdoor seating. Just off the deck is a nice hot tub. We were unable to enjoy this perk during our stay but it was ready and waiting for us none the less. I would highly recommend you consider this property for your stay.

Our Family enjoyed the home. Plenty of space for 4 teens 2 adults and out 5 year old. We always sit at the table and talk at dinner. And still got to do this here. My favorite was sitting on back porch on the morning and watching not just ducks. But having a Bald Eagle join me for my morning coffee.

We came to TN for one of our daughters birthday. This place was perfect! Very nice place with a swing, hammocks with a hot tube. We will definitely come back when it’s warm!

The house is great for everything we needed, although there is nothing special about it. It would be great if it had better views of the water.
