We had the best time staying at this stunning ranch home in arroyo grande. The views were spectacular as we enjoyed coffee outside each morning and especially enjoyed the treehouse addition on the second story. The location was remote but still very accessible to our weekend activities in SLO- we couldn’t have chosen a better spot. Steve was the greatest host of all time and made sure our group was taken care of during our stay. Great communication and hospitality was 10/10. Hope to stay again soon!

First of all, the home and everything in it is absolutely gorgeous, high quality and very well thought out. The cabinetry, appliances, and everything about the house is high quality. There were perfect extra touches from plenty of dishes, ceramic coated cast iron cookware, every type of stemware you need, down to the drawer full of spices, pantry with all types of staples, and Doterra soaps, lotions and bath products make this place a home away from home. The home was obviously built with pride of ownership. It gave all of us ideas for things we would like to put in our own home. We spent many happy hours in the spacious family room, huge kitchen and visiting around the gas fire pit. This was everything you would hope a vacation rental would be. Finally, The communications with the owners was pleasant, thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Steve has been amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He made us feel welcomed and valued and we will return.

As grandparents we hosted a Christmas reunion with our children and grandchildren (one family from Australia!) and could not have found a better place for all of us to stay. The house, the grounds, and the location were immaculate. Everyone remarked on how beautifully designed the whole home was. The layout allowed each family their own accommodations, with large common areas for whole family activities. Top-notch appliances and well-stocked kitchen equipment made meal preparation very helpful. Games for kids were a hit as well. The owner, Steve, was very attentive to any questions we had and very prompt with answers.

This place is immaculate with high-end everything and spotless. We had a group of adult children, spouses, and grandkids ages 1 through 5. We could all spread out but also converge (s'mores!) when wanted. It's also close enough to local attractions and cycling routes.

Group of business executives getting away for a golf trip found this the perfect spot. Roomy and spotless house, close to great golf courses and Jocko's Steakhouse for dinner. Really enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit to unwind after a day on the links. Highly recommend.

We traveled with a group of families and we were all so impressed with this gorgeous property. The details, design, and cleanliness puts this home in the luxury class! The owner and son were both very pleasant and always responded in a timely manner. We cant wait for our next visit back!

We had family and friends traveling from Georgia and Florida for a wedding in the SLO area. We booked this house back in 2022 anticipating needing a good place to stay before and after the wedding. The homeowners spared no expense in remodeling this home. The place was clean and well stocked for all needs. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town. Would highly recommend.

This house was so perfect for our family gathering. We had 9 adults in our group, and each couple had there own room and bathroom (with a room to spare). The main living area is so spacious and communal, and it was a highlight of our trip to cook together and spend time all in one place. The location was so convenient to get to the beach, local restaurants, and activities. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! The house itself was such a highlight and very memorable.

This house is great for a large group. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is very well supplied. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or to spend some alone time. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house is modern, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The outdoor area was excellent with a good grill, a propane fire pit and landscaped garden which inclined away from the house. One can clearly see all details have been thought of. From the modern kitchen appliances, the three sets of washer-dryers to the heated to the perfectly furnished walk in closets. On top of that Steve was attentive but not intrusive, polite and with a good sense of humour. We were a group of five couples and a single person. We could not have asked for a better property to catch up with each other. Thank you very much!

The property has three separate living areas that worked perfectly for our family of 9. We were able to join together in the main area or split off to the other areas for some alone time. Great for an annual family vacation.

We had a very comfortable stay at the house. We had multiple generations, and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space to escape to, and a beautiful living room to congregate together. If it hadn't been so fokd and rainy we would have loved to spend time outside too. Great stay overall!

10 of us had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Lots of cooking, board games, and space for children running around and dogs. We hope to return!

This was our second stay at this home and it was absolutely perfect (again). Hands down the nicest, coolest, cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. So perfect for families. We came with 9 adults, one infant, one toddler and everyone had the best time. We were all so impressed with the quality and care that has gone into making this more than just a home, but a whole experience. Gorgeous furnishings, spotless bathrooms, luxury amenities, firepit, espresso machine, cozy family room, great patios, beautiful lighting -- I can't think of one thing I would change. Amazing beautiful ranch house- high end quality, design and furnishings in every way. Only niggles were the single cup cappuccino machine that made coffee in the morning for 8 adults very time consuming and the white noise outside hum of nearby Hwy 101. Everything else was off the charts perfect!!

We rented this home while In town for my daughter’s wedding. First, The owner Steve could not have been more gracious and responsive. This house is gorgeous with beautiful finishes and design. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property is studded with beautiful live oak and it is very private. We absolutely loved it as did our guests. I highly recommend!

Definitely a very nice clean house with plenty of space inside and out! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very well furnished and has pretty much everything you could ever need. Strongly recommend staying here!

The home, it’s location and decor all leant itself to the look and feel of being in a secluded spa resort. Only difference being that we didn’t have to share with strangers! It was clean, beautifully appointed, and felt super secluded, yet close to all that we wanted to have access to!

A family wedding in Arroyo Grande brought us to this beautiful home. Everything was perfect-spacious, comfortable, modern and immaculate! We had 4 generations of family and it worked perfectly for us. The 2 year olds loved exploring the property. The photos do not do it justice! Steve was a great host-in touch, but we never needed to contact him during our stay. We just wish we had more free time to hang out and enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor areas. Next time!

The only surprise my family had was that this place was even better than advertised. "This place is the bomb" etc. Everyone loved it as all 12 of us were able to be together or someone could separate and be alone in a peaceful environment. Manager was interested in how our stay was going and easy to work with
