We recently stayed at this VRBO property in Tahoe, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was not only spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, but it also boasted top-of-the-line amenities throughout. The proximity to Sierra at Tahoe was a huge plus for us, especially considering the more expensive options near Heavenly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, thanks to the thoughtful addition of mattress pads, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to use, allowing us to prepare dinners without any compromises. It's clear that the owners have taken the time to stock it with high-quality appliances and utensils. The highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the movie room. We enjoyed watching the 49ers game and the New Year's Eve ball drop in absolute comfort. The space was perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. In addition to the movie room, the kids also had a blast in the pool, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. However, the only downside to our otherwise perfect stay was the issue with the garbage bins. They were already full when we arrived, making it challenging for us to dispose of our waste properly. We had to make an extra trip to our nephew's restaurant to dispose of some of our garbage. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at this VRBO property was outstanding. We highly recommend it for families looking for a spacious, well-equipped, place to stay

The property manager was quick at responding. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, cups and utensils. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater room!

Amazing house! Clean, well kept and everything worked perfectly! The pool warm, the jacuzzi perfect and the BBQ. The extra fridge in the kitchen was a help. My family enjoyed using the pool table and the theater room. Checking in & out easy and the management very helpful!

Coming from different directions, we found a great place to gather with space to comfortably house 8 adults and 6 children. The main floor was certainly large enough for everyone at the same time. Bedroom layout was good for secluding the young ones for nap time. The pool was a valuable feature allowing time to swim and play. Good views from front and back decks. The theater was and added bonus as well. A comfortable home.

Perfect place to stay if you have a big group. Not far from civilization and the views are incredible there. Had a great time with my friends grillin and chillin! The Movie theatre was perfect for our lazy sunday!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the house was beautiful and clean! The kids enjoyed the theatre and the pool was perfect 10 out of 10 cant wait to stay here again next year!!

What a gem! We had 4 generations get together and we had a great time. A beautiful house. Had everything we could ask for and then some. Great space for family meals, games, and relaxing. Loved watching the snow from the huge windows. Snow covered mountain views everywhere. The house is well taken care of. The host was awesome. He is responsive, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better family weekend getaway.

It is a great home that is very spacious. The amenities kept us busy as we were kept inside due to the snow storm. I would stay here again.

My family has been vacationing every winter for the past 15 years and this has been the best experience we’ve experienced so far. Excellent communication with the property manager. Has everything you need for a winter getaway. Highly recommended. Looking forward to it for next year as well.

Best group house in Tahoe!

The house was beautiful! We spent a week here. It was big enough for me and my 3 sibling’s families to enjoy. The kids loved the movie room. The pool was a nice touch, though we spent most of our time at the lakes. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would only suggest to have some type of pantry or cabinetry available for all the food that we brought.

Our family of 3 generations enjoyed a 3 day reunion in this expansive and well maintained home. There were plenty of entertainment options for children and adults, as well. Loved the beautifully equipped kitchen with its extra refrigerator, and the home theater was simply “off the charts” for streaming movies!

The perfect place for our family reunion. So many amenities in the house for our time at home. Close to town and lake for our excursions. I would highly recommend this place for a large group.

There were 12 of us from Washington, Oregon and Florida. The house was absolutely fabulous! We’ve done a great deal of traveling and have never ever seen a house so completely supplied with everything you could ever possibly need. I went to cook a beef roast and was kicking myself for not bringing my meat thermometer that inserts into the roast with the monitor outside the oven. Low and behold there was one there! Great pool and hot tub - excellent safety measures for young children, pool had power cover when not in use in case small kids wandered in pool room.

We came to this house with 3 other couples and their children (ages ranged from 9 to 20) and it was perfect. All the rooms were put to good use! The pool and sauna area was a favorite for everyone, and in the evenings we had great bonding time in the movie room. The video game in the back of the movie room was especially a favorite for everyone, even the adults! The responsiveness of the host was also exceptional! Each time I sent a question, I would receive an email response almost immediately and definitely within 24 hours. Overall, we loved this house and would love to come back again. 😊

This lovely, spacious home was perfect for our three generation family reunion. The kitchen is well appointed for preparing tasty meals. The pool, game room and theater kept the kids entertained. The beds are oh so comfortable. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This home was just perfect for our family reunion...the indoor pool, sauna, pool table and media room to say nothing of all the bedrooms gave us lots of room for fun. The kitchen had everything a cook would need to prepare the finest of meals. Unfortunately, one of the large refrigerators in the kitchen was not functioning. When notified, Constantino responded immediately to let us know that a new one was on order but could not be delivered prior to our stay. We also had an issue with one of the slider doors and Constantino had a handy man come that same day to repair it. Constantino was the consummate host. We would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely book it again for another family reunion!

The property is great. We ran into a small issue and the property manager called me right away and took care of it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This little gem has everything you need! A group of friends came out to Tahoe for the first time for a snowboarding trip and this place had everything we needed! We had everything we need to cook here and the amenities were amazing! The home owner was accommodating and communicative! Thank you so much!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We had 4 generations all together and not only did we all have plenty of our own space, but had so much fun in all the gathering spots as well. The home had everything we needed that we didn’t want to ever leave. Watching movies all together, sitting in the hot tub while it’s snowing out, barbecuing every night, playing games together before bedtime... it was perfect. I highly recommend!

I've stayed in dozens of rentals in Tahoe over the years and this was my favorite so far. This place has everything and is perfect for large groups. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had.

The house was awesome, zero complaints

Our party consisted on 4 families with young children and all of us had an amazing time! The property manager was always accessible and answered all questions promptly. The place had everything supplied for us including 2 washers/dryers, plenty of towels, 2 refrigerators, well maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome movie theatre and pool table and a whole bunch of little thoughts that made this place so much fun for our kids and adults. We would love to stay here again and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making our weekend getaway so memorable!

We really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this for my dads 70th birthday. We wanted to have a nice trip where he could enjoy time with his kids and grandkids. We were all blown away with how gorgeous and spacious the house is. We loved watching movies and NFL playoff games in the theater room. The kids loved the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, pool table, arcade game, and hot tub. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything and well organized. The host was fantastic and responded right away to any questions. We had a wonderful trip and are so happy we booked this!

Spacious house for a large family- with tons to do (and we were snowed in for 3 days!) everything was working except main living room fireplace, but if we weren’t snowed in it would have been fixed immediately. The host is very responsive and cares deeply for his guests and that they have an amazing time. We hope to rent again we had a wonderful family reunion.

Nice home as stated online with lots to do. Clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Family enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, pool table, and theater room very much. Piano was a nice touch for late night singing. Place could use new cue sticks and cue ball and we couldn't figure out how to operate fireplace. But overall had a wonderful time in comfort for a large family.
