The cabin was perfect for our annual girls trip. We enjoyed the location and the cabin. It was well stocked and had everything we needed, except hot pads, so I recommend taking your own! They were very responsive when I had questions and 1 minor issue was fixed quickly! Would definitely recommend!

We truly enjoy our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and spacious! This cabin was perfect for our large group including lots of kids!

We loved this place. The cabin has a lot of space for 14 people. We did the zip line that is in a walking distance. Make sure to book online and use the code to get a big discount. The pool and hot tub are a plus. My kids love it and enjoy it until the last minute. I liked the movie theater. And also the fact that there were plenty space and bathroom and shower for everyone to use. We would definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was clean, nice and in a great location. We all had plenty of room to spread out and all slept well in the beds. We loved the pool, hot tub and movie/game room. We would definitely stay again. Management was very quick to respond with any issues and check in and out super easy.

5 adults/5 kiddos. We LOVED this rental! The inside was spacious, clean, well stocked and a dream come true for the littles. 10/10 recommend! The drive to PF was 10 or so minutes. So convenient.

Absolutely beautiful. This cabin left a lasting impression!! First time user of Vrbo and Stay Minty guest. This cabin was perfect, even for kids too. The lower level indoor pool, arcade games and hot tub were nothing short of spectacular. I will say that the right side of the hot tub lid was tricky to get off, due to the railing, but we mastered the technique to get it off and use the entire hot tub to its fullest extent. The beds were so comfortable and clean, trust me l inspected! There were plenty of extra towels and bedding. The entire cabin was spotless upon arrival and smelled so good too. The pictures don’t do justice. See for yourself and book this cabin! Oh and there was a Keurig and coffee (K pods) provided. Stay Minty was not kidding when they said the basic essentials were available for you, including laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dawn dish soap, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels. Pots/pans/bakeware/utensils/ plates/bowls/cups/mugs were all available at the cabin to use at your leisure. The bathrooms were supplied with hand soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner too. The community pool was awesome. Great for little ones. Totally recommend this cabin by Stay Minty, for sure.

At first glance, the house is nice. However, once you get in and settled you notice how unclean it truly is. Spiderwebs on every window some inside as well, sticky floors and countertops, dirty refrigerator, previous renters socks and underware left behind. The pictures are not accurate, the bunk bed room is not the same as the picture posted, as one of the top bunks is unusable due to the slanted ceiling. The picture of the pool is either old or from another listing, as there is no table in that area. The hot tub was unusable due to not being able to open the cover because it slants so much on the deck, making it impossible open. There is no basketball hoop game which is mentioned in the listing. There was a tripped fuse so an electrician had to be called out (which we had no idea he was coming) so we had to stay there while the work was being done and missed our reservation time at one of the local attractions. I will say, the beds are VERY comfortable, but check your sheets as one of our beds had a dirty sheet. And communication between the management company and myself was great (except for the electrician issue). They did give us 3 complimentary tickets to the Ripley Aquarium (but there were 5 in our party). I just felt like I was a homeowner instead of being on vacation. Also a home guide manual would be VERY beneficial! Instead of having to text someone every time you have a question.

Property looked just like the pictures. Besides the appliance issues we really enjoyed our stay! Just having to air dry my clothes after i washed them because the dryer wasnt working was an experience 😅. But the communication with the Property manager was great very responsive to any issue or problem they rid all they could within reason. So all in all great stay!

It was very cozy and quiet and close to whatever I needed

We had a wonderful time with family for the Easter holiday. The pool was perfect for the kiddos! The floor plan and layout was also better than expected! We loved it and can’t wait to come back again!

A few issues with this booking….check in was an hour late, due to cleaning not be complete. The kitchen pots, pans and cooking utensils were terrible. The thermostat is located directly behind the 3 tvs, so on the basement level and main living area was constantly cold. A tv in the bunkroom would have been nice and remove one from the main living area. Oh and we were also given the incorrect code to the house, luckily the manager was cleaning the house as we waited and we were able to get the correct code. Just a few suggestions.

The house was very clean, comfy and the kitchen had all we needed when it was time to cook.

It was a very nice location but small for 12 people . The downstairs bathroom doesn’t have hot water . The master shower doesn’t have any pressure other than shower problems the place is great .

Cabin was beautifully decorated rooms were spacious kitchen was fully equipped neighbors were quite had a wonderful time with family.

Well equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms! Everything was good except smelly, stained, dirty bed linen. For the 5-star price they charge, they can do better and upkeep the bedding. One of the bathrooms in the upper level has a leaky shower that leaked into the main level bath room. If there was one thing they can quickly address, change the cleaning company and upgrade the bedding. Rest all is good.

Highly recommend for groups with younger children (ages 5-12). It was perfect. Enough room for everyone. Would stay again.

The property could be cleaner. Area rugs were very dirty and either needed cleaned or replaced. The floors were also dirty. Our feet were filthy after walking around barefoot. The bunk room really only slept 3 since one of the bunks was shoved under a slanted ceiling. The trundle bed mattresses were gross. They were stained and just nasty. We also had a hard time finding sheets for them. There were no sheets or blankets for the air mattresses. If you are going to say a home sleeps 14, you need to provide proper bedding. The location was good for us. Easy to get to the Sevierville convention center as well as the parkway.

Overall, our stay was great. The cabin was nice and clean. But the stay would have been better if there were handles in the shower and accommodations for stairs for older visitors.

Kids had a sleepover every night in bunk room and the oldest got to make the movie theater his late night gaming palace. The kids could jump in the pool whenever they wanted and it was so warm they thought it was the hot tub. The adults got great use out of the hot tub after some long hikes (4 adults max is recommended). We had perfect weather so we got to eat on the deck every night and the kitchen had all that we needed. Location was great to smokey mountains and dollywood (roads are crazy tight, but doable). Zipline looked amazing and ran out of time to do it (didn't realize we got discount too). Overall it was great trip that we will all remember for a long time. Thanks again!
