The manager replied to and accommodated our special requests. Excellent communication. The apartment was exactly as expected. The close proximity to King's Cross made getting around London fairly easy. We would stay here again.

Property was bright, spacious and recently renovated. However, it was described as a “penthouse” but while it was on the top floor of the building, it was far from it. The listing promised direct elevator access to the unit, but most times we had to walk the final flight. Management failed to inform us of the building access code upon check-in, resulting in anxious moments when we found ourselves locked out. Management refused to provide more than one key for our group of 5 adults, or more than one bed pillow per person. Kitchen supplies were lacking and one bedroom didn’t have a fully functioning air conditioner.

Overall, we had a good time and were not in the apartment other than to sleep. That being said we enjoyed our stay and the location. My review is not meant to suggest not to stay at this location it's meant to provide additional details that may influence your decision. First and foremost, the apartment was clean, and everything seemed to function as promised. We liked that it was close to a tube line and bus stop. There are a lot of food options in walking distance. There are two key aspects of this apartment that you need to know about. One and most annoying is the elevator noise late at night. I know this was mentioned in previous reviews but this elevator should be turned off after 11 PM or something like that. The noise is brutal, and if you are sleeping in the adjacent bedroom, it will be a problem. Second, one room does not have AC and can be a bit warm. Opening the window is an option, but then the street noise may be a challenge. WE overcame these issues and really enjoyed the stay. Be aware that the neighborhood is a bit multicultural. Beds could use an update but overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. There were some communication issues over payment but they were resolved and the property host met us on the day and was very helpful. We would definitely consider staying again. Just one issue which would be great if it could be resolved: the lift which terminates inside the flat is quite audible when other residents are using it.

Thank you to the host. We left some items in the apartment and they kindly retrieved the items and posted them to us safe and sound. Very appreciated!! Enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was in easy access to all the London attractions via the tube.

Overall, it was great and matches the add. It was a bit crowded for 8, but would be ideal for 6 or fewer. Also, the lift (elevator) doesn't currently provide private access to the flat as the button was disabled for security. The button needs to be replaced with a key lock engagement to enable secure access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely penthouse. It was convenient to the Underground, buses, market, and walking distance to many tours we had booked.
