Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had one maintenance issue when we were there and the hosts took immediate action and resolved the problem quickly. Would stay at this property again when visiting Omaha.

Our family of four (youngest is 18) I selected this property because we would have plenty of room for us all to have privacy if wanted. We were in the area for a week to visit family in the area and the location of the property was perfect! We also hugely appreciated the little things that the property managers ensured were there. For example - my daughter made a large peach cobbler from scratch and all the tools we needed were there, there was even little things like bottled water cold in the fridge, and plenty of options for things like body wash, shampoo, etc. that went well beyond what I would have expected from a VRBO. I also needed to 'work from home' while at the property, and the Wifi was fine for this purpose, I just had to make sure the kids weren't streaming/live gaming while I was actively on Zoom calls, which we were perfectly happy with. The games in the garage were great, too! We had some of our best family time in the last year playing darts together. In the grand scheme of things this property had every single thing we could need and the vast majority of the things I would 'want' that aren't required. Thanks to the property owners too for allowing us to have access a bit early because it worked out that day. Highly recommend if you need a well equipped place in Omaha!!!

This home was perfect for our families as we were in town for a family reunion.

House was great just to big for me. It would be great for a family traveling. Has all the amenities and more. Great communication with property manager and easy to access. Neighbor was perfect. If i bring my family next time i would definitely rent again.

This property was perfect for our family New Years/Christmas. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. The gaming area in the garage was a hit for all! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies for all our needs. The home was clean and welcoming - we would definitely stay here again.

We were going to go bowling when we planned the trip but the in-house game room allowed us to save money AND spend quality time as family! I would recommend this property if you’re going to Omaha or the Council Bluffs area!

The property was perfect for our large family. Full of amenities. The teens loved the game room! Large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. This house has several different levels so if you can't manuever stairs, then this isn't the one for you. They had plenety of things for our littles, especially the baby gates for the stairs. The hosts were gracious and accomodating and even gave us an early check in!! We would stay here again!

This property was everything that the listing said it was. It was in a quite street. It was easy to get to everything we wanted and needed to get to. The HyVee was only a few blocks away the zoo was just 15 to 20 minutes. Top Golf was just 15 minutes and Mahoney state part and the air and space museum was just 20 minutes away. The house was very nice and accommodating.

This property has lots of room to spread out, 4 floors all together, it is a split level. There are 2 different living rooms. It is in a safe community, with a school across the street.

This is a very cute home located close to the interstate and close to a grocery store as well! Easy access to the house from the main streets. The neighborhood is quiet also. It was a lovely trip. And the property managers were polite and communicated quickly with us. Definitely recommend this to other folks looking to stay in Omaha for a trip!

Myself, husband, 16 & 11 year old stayed here a week while visiting our son stationed at Offutt. Location is great. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home was extremely clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. Kids loved the beds, the master is a bit firm for my taste. Nice to have all the bedrooms on same floor. They loved playing pool in the game room/garage with their big brother. Great to be able to do laundry before our flight home. Lots of stairs and the home lay out may not be super friendly for families with young (toddler) kids. Would stay here again.

The place was clean and not a bad distance from the zoo. The property was listed to accommodate 8 people. The blowup bed couldn't sleep 2, so the couches had to be used. Thank goodness we had kids that could sleep on the couches.

Everything great about this house. Beds were very comfortable and towels soft as could be. Shower heads a little low but no big deal. Loved garage and playing darts.

We stayed at this house on a short family trip to Omaha we took at the end of the school year. Our main goal was to visit the zoo. This house served as our home base and we were pleased with it. There was a ton of space, we could have fit a lot more people fairly comfortably! We have a 3 year old and a 16 month old and it was nice that we could all have our own room, we slept great! The most challenging thing was that there were 4 different staircases. With a little toddler running around it was tough to find a safe space to play. We had brought one baby gate and ended up buying another to create a safe play area in the lower living room and that worked well. There was a nice yard and back patio we used to eat and run around. Parks across the street. Not too far from downtown or the zoo. Overall a great place to stay.

Property is a little older but clean and sufficient for our needs. The master bathroom shower is very small and the water pressure is light in the shower. There also are no hooks to hang up your towels, which certainly would be very helpful and easy to fix. The washing machine does not have a gentle cycle, which is what we usually use (first time we've seen that). As we were only there two nights, this wasn't a big issue but if staying longer, we'd probably find a different property. The house description mentions a game room in the garage, the door next the the front door. Well, that door is locked so there is no way you are using that game room (we tried). We sent a text to the host about the internet access and didn't receive a reply, waited a little and sent one to the alternate number and then found it ourselves and responded we had found it. They replied the following day. As we were only there two nights there was no point in asking about the game room at that point. Since they never responded to the text about the internet, we just figured there was no point in contacting them unless it was an emergency. There are two living room spaces and there is plenty of room to spread out in the larger of the two rooms. The beds were very firm, if you like firm beds this is definitely the place for you. If you're looking for something larger than a typical hotel room then we recommend this property.
