I like how spacious was my room and how comfortable it was!

it has a very good potential but the services need to be improved! The breakfast was not what I was excepting! A plate with few stuffs was left somewhere in the restaurant and no one was there to welcome the guests ! there was no voice for breakfast and no fresh fruits or vegetables! I had to change rooms as the water in the bathroom was running yellow and also the second room that I was moved to the water was also bad! The bath tub was not clean and I had to clean it myself so for this reasons me and my family were very careful about using the water there! the mini bar was also different in the two rooms but overall I did like the place! Might visit again

The breakfast was quite good, typical Bulgarian hotel fare. There was a little confusion: I had imagined that breakfast was included in the price, but found out that I had to pay separately for it. That was easily remedied, though.

Although the bathroom had a large tub with a shower head on it, there was no curtain to keep the water from spraying everywhere during a shower. Also, the was a slight leak from the radiator in the bathroom.

i always stay there because of the parking.

i booked around a week before asking for parking snce this is the nly reason i stay there. this time the parking was full. no assistance, nithing. i guess they do not care much about that. that is fine but at least write on booking that tha parking is not guarantied. i contacted them on the day i did the booking asking fir parking spot. the answer was they will do there best. so here i cme around 17:00 uhr. the answer is they cannot guarantie a parking spot. was it so hard to tell me this on the day of the booking so i could have reserve a place with guarantied parking? guess yes? the hotel otherwise is fine. but i wont step there anymore.
