A group of friends stayed with the objective of seeing a show and wrapping up Christmas shopping (and well, some good food too!). You can find better accomodations for this!! Second time we’ve stayed in this property and we’ll be back!!

This apartment is in the perfect location to utilize public transportation to get anywhere in Chicago. The views are great. The building is older and charming. The curtain rod in the master bedroom is coming out of the wall. The shower curtain rod in the main bath is missing a couple of screws. The handle on the shower in the main bath was not tightened and spun in circles. I chalked this up to the old building, initially. The television remote did not work. I thought that the batteries were dead. These were promptly replaced by the staff, but did not fix the problem. This was not a huge deal for us as we spent most of our days outside of the apartment. For a penthouse apartment, however, I would expect all of these things to have been corrected prior to arrival. I would definitely stay here again, though!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, as advertised. The location was perfect. So many things were walkable! We had zero noise issues (no street or train noise). Overall I would recommend.

Really nice location, close to Michigan Ave, the River, and the Loop. Easy in-and-out, check-in was as described. Good layout of bedrooms & baths, nice kitchen, quiet floor. The roof area is a must-see - great views, pool table, nice workspace/living room with fireplace.

Great location for a girls’ shopping trip to Chicago. Three bedrooms and 2 baths made it comfortable for everyone! Fabulous location for theatre, shopping, and dining options. Close parking to unit! We’lll be back!

Great place to stay when visiting Chicago. Right off the Blue Line train when coming from O'Hare ($3 on the train versus $60-$80 for an Uber). Nice lobby and condo was wonderful. Lots of light and ambient city sound (earplugs provided if you need it quieter) - views from the room AND the rooftop were spectacular! So many things are so close - and trains easy to get to also. Coffemaker with filters on premises - you need to bring your own coffee/creamer. Will return with my family in the future!

We loved to stay in this excellent Penthouse, with a outstanding view. The apartment was perfect for us, fully equipped and with a modern interior design. We hope, coming back soon.

We enjoyed staying and found the property to be well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The views were great from two bedrooms. One bedroom is quite small and no view, but worked okay for us. The mattresses were not good, but we had a great time and would recommend the place overall.

Great location, but you really need to fix the plumbing. The showers are unacceptable and I don't believe they are unfixable. Also the sinks back up into each other and I don't believe that you cant fix them.

Had a great experience. Amazing location, couldn’t beat it. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. Loved having all the extra space. Only con, for the premium price, the shower/water pressure was laughable. And it was pretty cold in the master, so pack an extra blanket. We also went in February.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Quiet neighbors. Great location close to lots of shopping, the theater, great food, and all the museums and Parks. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

We had the best time!! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. One night we came home and one of the bedrooms smelled of smoke. We spoke with the front desk and someone from Staywell and they were very accommodating. It did not happen again. Other than that we had a lovely stay! Would highly recommend!
