Nice views Good amount of space inside and out. Comfortable with everything we needed.

The property accommodated two couples, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was convenient to access Wellington. The living room was comfy.

The kitchen facilities were very basic. The kitchen should have been upgraded with the balance of the property. The washing machine was located on the outside of the property, not internally. This wasn’t practical. The pillows and bed linen in the main bedroom were very musty and overpowering. The mattress in the second bedroom sagged to the middle. Pillows need replacing. Bed linen needs to be replaced. The area at the bottom of the stairs needs to tidied.

It was a hassle free comfortable stay .Thank you

Driveway a bit tricky

Excellent location. Property was clean and tidy. It has 2 bathrooms. Open lounge area and large bedrooms.

The stairs leading to the front door were unsafe and very steep, especially for young children and the elderly. The kitchen was not functional. The kitchen had no electricity on arrival and for the next day. The RCD unit was tripping out. The oven and cook top we’re not suitable for family cooking because it was a small portable unit and therefore we did not use it. An extension cord was positioned on the bench top next to the sink/water, which is unsafe. It was used to provide a PowerPoint for the TV. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was particularly old, the springs had passed their used by date many years ago. We did not sleep very well at all!! There were exposed wires coming out of the floor behind the bedroom doors. The decor was dated. The drive way leading up to the property was incredibly steep and parking our SUV car took abit of skill and patience. No prior warning was given about this. So it took us by surprise. We also did not like how the hosts could access the apartment through a door internally… this made us feel uncomfortable.

Good space, all amenities we needed, easy public transport, lovely owners

Facilities are good for self contained unit. Few items though should be there such as food wrappers and kitchen aluminium foils.
