I C is very old this hotel need to renew evry thing...there is some construction in the street due to renew the street

old building, dirty bedsheets, leaking sealing, dirty bathroom, no towels. empty kitchen with barely any amenities to prepare coffee or tea. over priced. bad location and some really interesting characters and behaviour from staff members.

Nothing. Extremely pathetic behavior from hotel staff as well as booking.com customer care. Hotel canceled my booking before the checkin and never informed me and when I contacted booking.com they said they can't do anything and left me hanging without any accommodation. Worst experience ever for any online booking platform. No customer support what so ever. No regard for customer at all

The location is good with having your own car. The distance mentioned at property is correct. Room is big with sufficient beds.

Bellman's attitude was bad. He was talking aggressively. We have asked towels but he said they usually provide one towel per room. He said they don't provide towel per person, however, he do provide us more towels later on. Hotels also lacks toiletries so always need to ask them. Toilets area is not so good.

As we stayed during the last days of Ramadan, we could not get any less expensive place near Haram. I booked 2 bedroom apartment with Rabwat 7. The rooms were spacious, clean. No issue for parking. Though it was about over 3kms from Haram, yet it was a perfect place for us to have stayed 2 nights. The receptionist & staff were very accommodative & helpful.
